The location of the hotel was excellent and within 100 meters of the Sanctuary of Fatima. We also nearby are restaurants and shops so everything we needed was in walking distance.

The apartment was quite basic and somewhat dated in fitout and furnishings. I would have chosen to pay more for a more comfortable room had my partner and I been staying longer than one night.

Great location, excellent for a family of pilgrims, and infant/toddler friendly. Great breakfast, and a variety of amenities available

I wish the childrens play area was opened, but certainly after the renovating it will be spectacular

Avery good 4 star hotel in Fatima

We are family of 4 (2ad 2chd) in a Superior Suite, the room is very comfortable for 4 of us, it has a super king bed in main bedroom and a double sofabed in living room, one toilet with shower and another bathroom with jacuzzi. We had a great time staying in the hotel. All staff are very friendly and professional, standards are on level as you would expected as a 4 star hotel. The best thing about the hotel is its location as it's only 2 mins walk to the Sanctuary, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. We had a great time in Fatima and would highly recommend it.

We booked a bed & Breakfast rate, I would say the varieties of breakfast maybe needed a bit more improvement as a 4 star hotel.

Great communication prior to arrival. Questions answered promptly and relevant information provided. Booked a single room and asked for a nice room with a view. Was upgraded to a double for free with view as requested. Hotel was very clean with amazing staff so can’t fault a single thing. Restaurant food is spot on so try this first before go out to places with high reviews as food was better in the hotel than top rated restaurants, and half the price!!!

The only downside is a closure of a pool and spa due to COVID which would make this trip even better Most hotels reopened their spa facilities months ago so not sure why Steyler keeping it closed .

This is an awesome hotel. Location is superb in Fatima and the staff goes above and beyond to serve you well. Rooms are very good size, clean and somewhat comfy. It has a good size free parking. This hotel is very recommended.

Best Hotel Stay Ever

Fabulous room at a great price. Right in the heart of Fatima. Walking distance to the shrine. Receptionist got me early access to my room, which was amazingly nice.

A very pleasant stay

Very friendly hotel-staff, easy check-in, large (free) parking-area behind the hotel. The room had a separate room for the children with an own bathroom, bed and television. Large bathroom and comfortable bed in the 'master' bedroom. One of my children is a coeliac patient, so I stated that in the reservation. At breakfast the staff brought out a separate tablet filled with a glutenfree breakfast, that my daughter enjoyed quite a lot. Really good service!

Unfortunately we were there only one night; wished we had had more time to stay longer! :-)
