Would stay here again and would recommend the property to others.

Great location and staff. Beds very comfortable and good parking on premises. Very handy for a long stay to be able to wash and dry clothes.

A lot of road noise even with the balcony door shut and the heat light was a little warm in the bathroom. Kitchen could’ve done with a cutting board.

The property location and room comfort made this a nice stop for us. We would stay here again, but might try dinner else

The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was extremely spacious and included plenty of free and add-on amenities. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

We arrived late so we decided to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant. The meal and wine were good, but a bit pricey, and the service was also a little slow.

Just about everything. It was great having a separate toilet/powder room.

Drier didn’t work or there was a trick with dial that we didn’t know about.

Old woolstore hotel

Super hotel with lovely bar and restaurant. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was large and immaculately clean. Loved the walk-in shower. Well positioned for harbour and the city centre. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Great position as an easy walk to the harbour and CBD. Clean and warm. The loft apartment was great for a family with teen-agers.

Couldn't use the TV the first night as it was not working but it was promptly fixed the next day.
