The ease of check in & out. The room location

It was a beautiful hotel. I would love to stay again if I visit hunter valley. Our room had free buffet breakfast which I loved. I wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but it was closed that night.
Only thing I would like to mention is there was no drinking water in the room. There was a mini bar with drinks and just a 600 ml bottle of water which I have to pay for it.
Normally on good hotels they give you free water bottles at least!!!
Also while arriving I was not given any instructions about wifi and using TV. I had to call the receptionist about it.

Booking.com shows that I booked a room with breakfast included but upon check-in, staff said it wasn't included. That I have to contact booking website. I'm 100% booked a room with 3 breakfast included.

The property was excellent! Great layout and easy to get around. The water park was so much fun and well serviced.
Room options - it could have been our timing but the options were either too small for our family or much bigger than we needed meaning we paid more.

枕套都是馊的味道，床单上都是脏脏的痕迹，浴巾也是上面貌似有血的痕迹。 厕所地面台面都是头发，不知道卫生怎么做的。房外的公共走廊地毯很多脏东西，没人吸尘清洁。整个酒店显得很旧。

More options for food and kids activies would be a beneficial.

The breakfast food was good, but we have to line up because the hotel over-booked people for the breakfast and this felt frustrating
The rooms are not well maintained and very outdated. I found the locks on sliding doors are not safe for kids and the windows don't even have locks! The soaps are left over from the past guests and the bathroom didn't feel clean. The staff never answer the phones.

Breakfast was buffet and a good mix, lots of fresh fruits and cereals. Eggs Benedict was very tasty. I like the make your own fruit juicer.
Room was good size but the air conditioner was too hot and we couldn’t adjust it.
Wifi is offered but was so weak you couldn’t actually use it.

Lovedale bar and grill was a serious disappointment. As a solo traveller I had plenty of time to observe everything and walking around the grill, I noticed that everyone's food was very dry looking and just thrown together. I understand it's the casual food experience, but there still needs to be a quality upheld in a resort like this.
I sound like a whinger, but I was honestly just a solo traveller who noticed everything in my 2 days - even the little things, like the towel hooks on the bathroom wall - completely useless... and the TV remote... for some reason I had to work really hard and press the buttons so hard for it to work.
And... I couldn't connect to the WiFi... unavailable or something... lots of little things. Room for improvement but overall amazing stay!

Kid friendly, impressive facilities for kids, great breakfast, good staff
food at the bar was below average, jacuzzi was dirty, villa interiors and overall quality was disappointing- stains on the couch and bathroom provisions were below standard for example.

Staff - all staff were very friendly.
Cleanliness - the room was spotless and it smelled clean.
Towels - their were no towels in the room. I rang reception and they arrived 1 hour later.
Shower - it did not work for 2 days. The switch from the bath to the shower did not work. We had to use an adjoining room for 2 days.
