Overall a good stay.

Breakfast was simple n easy. Check in was a breeze.

Road works in front of the hotel. Breakfast is the same variety of food for 2 mornings. Pastries are soft. It will be nice if under a heater to make warm n crispy.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits et avons tout aimé : confort des lits, propreté de la chambre, calme de l'hôtel, proximité de la sky tower, des commerces et restaurants, du parking. L'hôtel dispose d'une laverie accessible 24/24h très pratique pour les longs séjours. Mon ado a particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport disposant d'un équipement relativement complet.

Being an IHG memeber and a former hotelier, I am very meticulous with hotel accomodation when we(my family and I) travels either for work or leisure. That’s why I chose to booked at Crowne Plaza Auckland knowing the IHG standards, and it has always been a good experience staying in IHG hotels in diff. countries. Though a bit outdated compared to other hotels in Auckland cbd, they still maintained the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Room was clean, comfy beds, toilet was complete with things we needed except for the toothbrushes that we need to request ( but were sent to us right away when we called the housekeeping). The front office staff were accommodating and friendly in all our requests. We had a smooth and fast check-in/out. The restaurant Aria was still open at 8:30pm when we arrived at night and we had a satisfying dinner with delectable foods served by the attentive and polite F&B staff. The Aria manager did a great job when my daughter didn’t liked and disn’t finished the food she ordered, he immediately offered to change the food and let my daughter choose a substitute and he personally brought it up in our room, and we really appreciated this gesture! Indeed he went an extra mile just to please us. Overall we had an excellent stay in the hotel and we’ll surely recommend this to our friends. Keep up the good job and IHG standards!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Loved it overall and despite knowing the construction is not the hotels fault, keep that in mind when booking as it can

Really liked the breakfast bar, it was definitely the highlight as well as dine in service. This was extremely helpful wanting food on the go and possibly the best part.

Unfortunately the construction and location ruined it all for me. I was travelling with a friend who has a disability and it’s not very mobile friendly. Keep that in mind for others out there. Driving in and out of the carpark was very hard and a tad stressful. It is very central and you can walk but given our situation that wasn’t possible so it was just extremely hard to drive and navigate around. The location is amazing but the construction was not.

We have been staying in this hotel for over 30 years and the facilities have not been upgraded. The bathrooms are not fit for purpose. The shower in the bath is unsafe for older people and should be replaced with showers. The bathroom mirror is unheated and poorly lit

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was an OK experience.

The hotel staff are very, very helpful and polite. The size of the room is very good.

There is a lot of road work improvement near the front entrance to the hotel which is across Sky City. This is an inconvenience but it can't be helped. The shower is good but there are NO handrails to hold to get into the tub to shower. Very unsafe. Also the no slip strips in the tub were worn and the grip was hardly there. The walking distance from the Hotel to the Viaduct Area is in reality about 25 minutes. Walking from the hotel is downhill to the CBD and slightly uphill depending on your route.

Super comfortable beds and excellent value for money

This hotel has the most comfortable beds ever. It's a great location with easy access to everything. I also got upgraded which was a nice surprise.

Had a few problems with my room key but the staff were only too happy to sort it out.

Great location, Wonderfully comfortable bed.

The location is excellent. Just around the corner from where the SkyBus from the airport arrives. The room was very spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! Good buffet breakfast too - though a little pricey! Good internet.

Using the TV was a little confusing. I thought that I had to have a Chromecast app on my phone to use the TV. That's how it seemed to read on the digital log-in. Finally I discovered that this was not essential to use the TV. It would have been helpful to have that info included somewhere.

部屋の広さ、清潔　アメニティーも豊富、日本人には嬉しいバスタブ付き、ロケーションもよく街中なのに静かでした。キングサイズ？のベッドが２台あり、買い物したものを部屋まで置きに帰ったり、疲れて昼寝をしに帰ったりすることができた。２４時間フロントは安心できる。近くに美味しいレストランが沢山あり食事の選択に困らない。空港シャトルバス乗り場にも近い。

カードキーがうまく作動しなくてベルを鳴らしてしまった。
