Bra läge, dålig städning och Kackerlackor på rummet.

Perfekt läge, några minuter till Old Town.

Mögel på draperiet, hörn av badkar, hår som ej var vårat. Trasiga badhanduks krokar dörr. Telefon till reception trasig, saknade knapp. Kackerlackor inne i hotellrum, balkong och i trapporna. Hittde döda Kackerlackor vid sängbord. Innebär dålig städning. Säng ren.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, consigliato.

Struttura ben posizionata e vicina alla maggior parte delle attrazioni di Bucarest. La camera molto pulita e ben curata nei dettagli, silenziosa nonostante noi avessimo quella fronte strada, era ben insonorizzata. Staff molto gentile, credo quello che sia il proprietario ci ha dato informazioni preziosissime, parlava e capiva benissimo l’italiano.

Nella nostra stanza c’era questa enorme vasca, con doccia, ma era decisamente scomoda in quanto l’entrata era disagevole essendo questa altissima.

staff was really friendly and compliant. the room was clean. bed was comfy enough.

we got a room to the boulevard…so very noisy. and the cap of the bathroom sink was blocked you couldn’t open it…just awful

Very good

Nice location within walking distance to the old town and various attractions. Has very nice bakery a few blocks away (LUCA), highly recommend to try covrig cu visine (rong shape pretzel with 🍒).

Good location, friendly staff. . The rooms are big enough and comfortable. There is a very good bakery nearby.

Hygiene is not at a very good level. The windows did not close well and was quite noisy. There is no breakfast included

fantastic!

The rooms were so lovely and fresh , I think all refurbished recently , spacious, colourful and vibrant.

Slight leak under the bath that needs seeing to but not a problem for us

just somethings to look after, and it will be a very confi place to stay in

clean and comfortable place, near to old town and center

very bright lights all night long coming trough the window from the front hotel logo, and the is not blinds, also the noise from street I could hear all the cars passing, not very kind people as staff seems like they don’t want foreigners guests.

Cozy and friendly

The location was good . I think the most amazing thing about this Hotel was the staff honestly the most sweet people .

I found hair on the towel poor cleaned I think same on my duvet black hair I mean , I m blonde and the fact the sometimes can get really loud because is located on the Main Street . The issue with the hair on the towel was promptly solved after I mention it I just got new towel.

Disappointing

Excellent location and close to the metro station. The people from the reception were amazing and extremely helpful!

Excellent location but the room was facing the busy road and was poorly isolated. Could not sleep the whole night because of the traffic. Also, the furniture looks not so good with spots on it and the bathroom was not in top shape. BUT the people from the reception were amazing and extremely helpful! It compensates a lot.

as facilities are not worthy, pretty outdated but staff very hard working and helpful

the staff are always friendly and helpful.

although I couldn't say so about the owner which accused me of wanting to stay free just because I thought booking charge me already. and of course staying about 4 times in total so I was a bit disappointed by the reaction and the reason of me going back is not the hotel itself as is pretty outdated but the polite people working there which on my next visit I will not see them as I won't ever go back after the extremely rude comments of the boss.

One of the best location in Buharest. Hotel located near old city. Room is very big and clean. And compare to price of this room generally I may recommend this hotel.

I was not able to find the sockets in bathroom for my trimmer 😫 Also hotel location is great but you will not be able to sea this beautiful view from your balcony due to banner. The building has a big advertise banner which closing all view from windows and at night this banner gives a lot of lights inside room.

Ideal location for getting around the city

The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Well clean room, large bath, comfortable bed.

The street is very busy even at night, but it is already indicated in the hotel conditions. The duvet for sleeping was a little short.

Location close to major attractions

Location was great, hotel really quiet and very responsive, every time we needed to ask a question. Right next to underground.

Receptionist on the day we arrived, not so friendly. Hopefully you can offer breakfast soon. Sofa bed turn out a bit small for our son.

The room was beautiful decorated,the early check-in and the stuff at the reception very helpful!very good location,near Intercontinental!

The bathroom needs renovation,it looks dirty,the bathtub has staines,it looks like it is over used!
