Kurzaufenthalt zum ausruhen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentrumsnah, ebenso ist man schnell beim Ostsee-Kai. Das Parkhaus gegenüber des Hotels ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel selbst bietet alles was ein Hotel bieten soll, ohne jeden Schnick-Schnack. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Betten sind gut. Das Frühstücks-Buffett war unserer Meinung nach gut und reichlich. Die Frühstückszeiten von 7-10 Uhr angemessen.

Wer auch immer die Fernseher für Hotels aussucht, sollte sich in den Gast versetzen, der ihn nutzen soll. Mini ist hier eher nicht die beste Lösung.

Gesamteindruck: ok, aber mehr auch nicht

Am besten bleibt uns das Personal in Erinnerung, super sympathisch und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Betten waren ok.

Das Zimmer hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Es ist recht "lieblos" eingerichtet, wodurch es nicht unbedingt gemütlich wirkt. Das Frühstück war ok, man wurde satt, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Auswahl war gering und mit Nachlegen hat es etwas gedauert, obwohl nicht viele Gäste vor Ort waren. Die "Bar" hatte mit einer richtigen Bar irgendwie nicht so richtig was zu tun. Nachts war es sehr laut, wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hatte - aber da können die Betreiber ja nichts dafür. Das Bad war grundsätzlich sehr geräumig, das WC aber ungünstig positioniert - zumindest für größere Menschen. Im Gesamteindruck hatte es etwa den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Waren nur für eine Nacht da, daher ok.

Very Comfortable stay

Super comfortable bed and pillows and lovely spacious room, good shower, about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Nice breakfast. Nice staff and sweets at reception.

Perfect location, large spacious room, pleasant staff, good breakfast, great coffee, smoking area available.

Low sloping ceiling above bed definitely not for tall people over 5 foot tall. Banged my head several times. Annoying stairs to room since lift didn't go to 4th floor. Would have liked kettle/tea/coffee in room.

Great place to stay in Alter Markt

Super convenient location, very clean, nice staff, great price

I only wish the duvets were a bit bigger. They had nice, soft fabric but I am tall and needed a slightly bigger one. Made do with the two I had in the double room.

Hotel is right next to the main train station and the port.

Not good value for money, it was not as clean and comfortable as described and expected

Convenient location and helpful staff. Overall a nice stay.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very spacious room.

Would appreciate a small fridge in the room for storage of temperature-sensitive food / drinks. Would also appreciate a kettle and cups in the room to make hot drinks. (There are glasses for cold drinks, though. ) The shower door doesn’t seal completely, therefore one would have to be careful during shower to avoid wetting the bathroom floor. These are only minor points and by no means a deal breaker.

Good location for a 2-day-trip

Location is nearly perfect as next to city centre though the red light district is nearby (looking outside the window gives a sensation of "another hotel" on the other side of the street). Nevertheless quiet enough to rest. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Room was clean and spacious.

A fridge in the room at least for water would have been of great benefit
