Great place, will have to book earlier to secure a car-bed room!

The car themed rooms were cool, I prefer if they had more car-beds. Still a good expereince overall. Secure underground parking is a plus.

Book the other hotel

Great location for everything car. Made a mistake by booking Classic hotel because they do not have air conditioning…very hot weather and they would offer refund or move to an air conditioned room in the other hotel.

The themed room was nice and quirky. The reception staff were very friendly.

The attitude of the staff at the breakfast was quite shocking and ranged from unhelpful to very rude. This is a confusing contrast to how friendly the reception staff were. Having to walk between the two buildings is also mildly inconvenient.

It's an amazing place if you're connected to the Auto Industry.

The Staff and the location. Both are brilliant.

The Restuarant wasn't open.

we came to Germany to stop in this hotel as a friend recommended it

no air con, no reception, no facilities open as they had just held an event so at 8.30pm the bar the restaurant the cafe were all closed….. then to find we couldn’t stay in the room we booked devastated

The breakfast is to expensiv 18 euros , so we had our excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe .

exceptional treat for Car people to stay in active museum , modern car dealership - breakfast was exceptional

location and surrounding activities , breakfast exceptional

blind was broken in room hard to keep light out , reading lights were broken and not usable

No air conditioning, not clean (dead bugs inside), too expensive for the conditions offered. Clear not a 4star hotel condirions.

Enjoyable stay, but book the new hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, great atmosphere and plenty of nice cars to see passing by. The room is clean and has some very nice touches and is comfortable. Nice location and some really nice food places nearby. The breakfast was really good with a plentiful selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were all really helpful

The reception at the Classic hotel is closed and guests check in at the new hotel, when you see the new hotel it kinda leaves you a bit disheartened at booking the Classic hotel, and just to rub it in a bit more you go over to the new hotel for breakfast. If I was to go again I'd have to book the new hotel, possibly with a themed room. Also having to get a parking pass each time to leave was a bit awkward so coming and going wasn't as easy.

Great disappointment and reluctance....

ATTENTION !!! We paid for a more expensive room, but we were very but very disappointed, rather a hostel with bad pictures on the wall. We wanted to complain about the room on the spot, the receptionist told us that everything was occupied, which was not true. Has the German hospitality and quality disappeared somewhere? I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars or how much it cost

Fun Hotel, if you like cars. Great staff.

Had to change room to get enough light to be able to work and have a decent size desk and fridge.

Original room was dark.

Not only did my husband LOVE the weekend get away, I did as well!

Breakfast was a little pricey, yet very good. The service was exceptional! There were two goody bags waiting in our room for our two dogs upon arrival. The "CAR" theme throughout the hotel was creative- even the soap is in the shape of a car!

Superb

All-around great hotel with a really good spin. Really good design, artwork and atmosphere. Very good attention to detail, makes you feel welcome.

Not the hotel itself, but the nearby motorworld is slightly underwhelming. It’s more like a bonus to your stay, for a fun 15 minutes of walking around.
