Uitstekend

Mooi hotel, ruime lobby, aardige staff. Ontbijt is uitstekend en zeer uitgebreid.

WC spoelt niet goed door. Dat is een beetje "awkward". Er zat geen lepel bij de pasta.

Geen aanrader. Hotel is verouderd, niet comfortabel en hygiëne ook nie bv t best.

Ontbijt was redelijk tot goed.

Kamer was niet goed schoon, sommige handdoeken waren vies. Kamer erg verouderd met vooral slechte badkamer, douche kan echt niet voor deze prijsniveau. Airco moest uit want maakte erg storend geluid. Comfort was niet best.

Great experience if you need a stopover for a night at CDG.

After seeing many rooms in Paris, it was a huge relief to have a good sized room, well designed. A free upgrade to a corner room definitely helped, as did the free welcome drinks. All in all good value for money. The kitchen and bar do a decent job. The complimentary shuttle from Terminal 2B-D runs on time and is a great way to get to and from the airport to the hotel.

Felt the breakfast was a tad on the pricey side.

Très agréable séjour

Chambre très propre avec une bonne literie et deux coussins. C'est la première fois que je vois un buffet aussi varié et grand pour le petit déjeuner en sucré et en salé. Merci à tout le personnel que se soit à l'accueil, au petit déjeuner, les cuisiniers, les femmes de chambre merci à tous pour votre accueil et vos sourires. Certains de vos confrères hôteliers devraient venir en stage dans votre établissement. Merci d'avoir rendu ce séjour remplit de bons souvenirs.

Had trouble finding it as you said it was a Hyatt hotel. Hotel is run down at the edges . No staff to assist with luggage

Average hotel that met our needs.

It was pretty close to the airport so it was convenient.

The airport shuttle service didn’t start until 6:00 so we had to spend 40 Euros for an 8 minute taxi ride to get to the airport.

A great hotel with goodservice in all aspects...close to airport

The suite was excellent, roomy, separate bedroom and large bathroom...well provided. Restaurant was clean and comfortable, staff very attentive, food good too. Close to airport...excellent shuttle service.

the shuttle ride to the airport was awful. they left us at terminal 2 and said that was where we needed to be. no, we needed to be at terminal 1. it was a long and stressful walk to terminal 1. since we stayed there ONLY for the airport connection it was very disappointing that it was not easy.

old ugly overpriced hotel with incompetent employees

i needed a hotel close to the airport

I payed 60€ for late check out. In the morning the cleaning lady woke me up, then by noon they sent some other lady which tried toqwarn me I should leave my room, by the end I got the call from the receptionist that I should leave my room. I told her I payed late check out but she was trying to tell me it´s not in the system!!! terrible behaviour

This hotel is a good place to stay if you are leaving on a morning flight from CDG. Room are bigger and cheaper than in central Paris. However intakes time together from hotel to center of Paris, so I do not recommend hotel for a long sightseeing stay in Paris.

Shuttle to CDG terminals now operates at certain hours. Not available between ca. 10:am and 5:00 pm which is very inconvenient. Restaurant is decent, but a rather small menu and somewhat pricey. You are a captive audience unless you wish to take a taxi to Roissy or the Aeroville shopping center.

I ask for a room with walking shower with safety bars. I got a room with a shower but have very high steps. And when I arrived there’s no one to help me with my bags and have to walk long way from the front door to reception counter, and more walking to my room

nice hotel, nice dinner, a little dated hallways to rooms, but shuttle does not not run all the time

dinner was great. staff ordered me a car for ride to early airport that was on time however I had to pay for this after being told it was included with my stay.

I had emailed prior to booking asking about ride from airport to hotel and back to airport next day...I was told since I arrived before shuttle started in evening and left next morning before shuttle I would be taken no charge since I am a Hyatt member...then that changed when I actually booked and arrived and tried to arrange pickup...I still had original email stating there would be no cost yet they just made up a reason of shuttle times now improved...which had no benefit to me. Nice hotel but not sure I would go back due to this...Marriott offered free ride also so maybe try that next time

I never expected such act of unprofessionalism from such a hotel

I was there 3 weeks ago And to this very date, they have not refunded my security deposit of 700 Euros after what they told me all the money will be released in a week Sincerely, am highly disappointed

Awful

This is not a 4-star hotel, the staff cannot make up for how badly this hotel is ran. I cannot even begin to explain how bad my stay was at this hotel was. I do not recommend anyone stays here.

I cannot even begin to start on this list, the problems run throughout the whole company. I feel sorry for the staff who are doing a patch job everywhere they can.
