Hôtel agréable et reposant.

Perfect venue for a football stay

Voor eenmalig wel geinig, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar...

De locatie van het hotel ligt perfect en in een mooie buurt. Ook parkeren kan makkelijk in de garage (deze is niet in eigen beheer).

Wat niet helemaal correct is dat dit hotel zegt een 4 sterren hotel te zijn. Als je aangeeft over 4 sterren te beschikken, dan zou er weinig tot geen onderscheid in de kamers en hun faciliteiten moeten zijn. Voor dit hotel beschouw ik dat er 2 niveaus in sterren zijn, namelijk: 4 sterren: als je kiest voor Level/executive 3 sterren: alles daaronder en daar zaten wij. Wij waren daar tijdens de paasdagen. We wilden een weekend weg, even ontspannen en onthaasten. Op de ochtend van 1e paasdag bleek dat het ontbijt was ingekort naar 10:00 uur i.p.v. 11:00 uur. Dit was vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. Die nacht was het ook al een uur korter slapen door de zomertijd die inging. Op de kamer waren er geen vitrage gordijnen. Alleen zonwerende gordijnen. Dus was de keuze of inkijk of in het donker zitten. Ben je gevoelig voor herrie, dan hoor je de tram continu rijden als je in bed ligt. De kamer had achterstallig onderhoud. En dat was te zien in de details. Ook de douchekop was kapot. En het toilet werkte niet goed, het duurde lang voor het waterreservoir van het toilet weer was volgelopen. Tijdens sauna bezoek hadden we niet altijd de beschikking over de grotere handdoeken en kon je niet netjes/hygiënisch op een handdoek plaats nemen in de sauna. Nee, wij zullen hier niet nogmaals een verblijf boeken. Wij kwamen voor wat afleiding, maar liepen tegen irritaties aan door een gemis aan service. Het hotel heeft onze klacht gecompenseerd. Over de behandeling van onze klacht had het Meliá netjes gestaan als ze niet de klant in detail tegen hadden gesproken wanneer die zijn klantervaring deelt.

War ok, wenn Alternativen verfügbar sind, würde ich auf diese zurückgreifen

Die Lage ist gut, die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist prima. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Lautstärke im Foyer und Frühstücksraum, Im Zimmer: Beleuchtung der Chips und Kekse über der Minibar.(Umwelt?) Das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Massenabfertigung mit Selbstbedienung geht gar nicht für diesen Preis. "Eingangskontrolle" ist der einzige Kontakt zu Personal....Dienstleistungsverständnis? Das papierlose CheckIn ist recht entwicklungsbedürftig. Sehr langsam, die Daten sollten aus der Anmeldung übertragen werden, nicht alles umständlich nochmals einzugeben.

Wunderbares Hotel, dass Design und moderne Funktionalität gut verbindet.

Sehr ansprechendes Design im Hotel und sehr gemütliche Betten. Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß durch einen Park in der Innenstadt.

Parkplatzsituation auf der Straße schwierig, Kosten für die Garage 25 € pro Tag.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt mit Zimmer zum Hofgarten. Eine Empfehlung wert.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Executive Level gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit Arbeitsbereich Dusche und grosser Badewanne. Das Bett war mit einem Himmel mit kleinen Leucht LEDs ausgestattet. Sehr gemütlich. Ausstattung sehr gut. Mit Blick auf den Park. Man kann auf einen kleinen Stehbalkon aus dem Zimmer heraus treten. Das Personal in der Level Lounge war sehr Gäste zentriert, schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir sind froh, das wir nach unserem ersten Besuch trotzdem noch einen Versuch gestartet haben. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Awesome!! Location, staff, facilities and many other things

Great hotel in amazing location with a park nearby. Amazing place to stay with a dog. Staff is very friendly. There was a pillow, bowls for dog and some treats. Free tea and coffee in the room. Minibar for the reasonable price. Close to the river, shops and restaurants

Great location next to a lovely park and a short walk into the Altstadt and the Rhine promenade. Large comfortable room and bed and clean. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet.

Wonderful location and quality for the price

Very clean and comfortable beds with different pillows as an option to improve your sleep. Wonderful location close to Altstadt and Pempelfort with the beautiful Hofgarten across the entrance. The wellness is a nice bonus.

Some of the rooms on the second floor have a roof next to it with ventilation shafts and other obstructions making it quite moody for light and view. Luckily we were able to move to 4th floor which had free view thank you. The gym work-out mats have seen better times, but the equipment in the gym was excellent.

The most unprofessional, rude, arrogant staff ever met in a hotel this category. The parking arrangements provided (25€ per day) were completely unsuitable and impractical for a medium-sized vehicle.

Ideal for a business trip but would be great location for city break, too.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and adequate sized gym & sauna. Location is great, on a quiet street opposite a lovely park which you can walk through to reach the river and the old town.

Bar area a bit small and tagged onto end of restaurant.

It was as expected for a 4 star hotel, a small room, very limited restaurant menu, but overall okay.

Would have liked the option to cancel remaining stay, I completed my business early (2 nights) but still had to pay the full price for the 4 nights. Most importantly - the car parking over night was extraordinary - a real downer at €25 each day😡

A lot of money per night for service that should have been better.

The hotel was clean, and the beds very comfortable. The food was good - when it arrived it tasted great!

The pressure that the bar staff were under was immense, but that meant that ordering food and or drinks took a long time - not only ordering but before they arrived - that meant that we consumed less that we could have - Having said that we understand that getting staff and training them is a problem at the moment, but because the groups that were there had been booked long in advance - it was a little disappointing. Food ordered but served at different times, so some where eating and others waiting - not a comfortable situation. Paying at the bar was difficult although the staff were willing to take our money the operating system for billing was so not working as it should it made it all really difficult - it was as frustrating for them as it was for us - a company as big as this needs to get that sorted out! We were 2 groups of international guests that worked hard 10-12 hrs a day at the show - what we wanted was relief and it was sometimes frustrating that it took such a long time to get that.
