Staff super friendly. Great room. Dinner in restaurant nice.

The bathroom was surrounded by glass instead of walls. More privacy when going to the toilet would have been nice. The description read playground, but when we got there there was no playground and the kids were disappointed.

Close to the airport but nothing like airport hotels

Surprisingly really good!

Brilliant accommodation nestled behind Eglisau and next to the Rhine. The complex is pretty big with the restaurants, bowling and lodges. The lodges were spacious and clean with excellent parking facilities. Couldn't fault the quality of the rooms.

2 things annoyed me. Firstly, can't be helped but the construction across the river from the lodge is noisy. The cranes are a bit of an eye sore too and renders the balcony not private. Secondly and more pertinently I was disappointed with the housekeeping. They left towels for 1 person on 2 consecutive days. That wasn't a mistake, it was intentional. If the reservation was for 2 people and there's 2 people staying in the room then why leave towels enough for 1 individual. Nevertheless, I have overlooked this and given the accommodation 5* feedback.

the location was perfect away from city noise. the room was so beautiful loved it.

there was No room service which was a bit weird.

Bad experience because of building project

Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

They are building an enormous new part of the hotel just in front of the actual hotel. So during the day constant noise of the builders. Your view from the balcony is a big crane and other vehicles from the builders. On the entrance there is a sign where the hotels says ‘ they are realizing their dream’. For their guest the coming months a great discomfort. This extreme building project should be mentioned on their website. Our complaint at reception was settled by saying they would inform the manager.

Very bad experience in riversiad hotel

Nothing Very expensive and reception girl was very rude and not respectful we paid extra for kids Also on the reservations we requested connected rooms and they agreed over the emails but when we reach they not give us, it was very bad for us because we have kids and we can not keep them alone in separate room I hope you take action with them and dont deal with them

we are cycling to Italy from England. we arrived, hot, dusty and tired… what a lovely reception and a wonderful room.

Large building with many restaurants and activities. Rooms are large and confortable. Breakfast buffet with live cooking of omelettes, scrambled eggs, etc

I did not like the fact that the main entrance of the hotel and the main parking is not pretty well indicated.
