The hosts, Gay and Rob were great. Very accommodating and helpful with all our requests. Fantastic gf muffins and goodies in the fridge were a great addition to the stay. The property is large and in a good location on the peninsula.

We recently spent two nights at this charming, clean and immensely comfortable property. Rob and Gay went out of their way to provide exceptional service - from beautiful l’occitane products to freshly baked muffins. Communication was seamless (and fun!) and our group really appreciated the genuine care and thoughtfulness provided by our hosts at every turn. We’ll be back!

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Quiet and comfortable, it is a little oasis just down the road from Palm Beach. A great place to get away for the weekend and out of the hustle-bustle of city life.

Rob and Gay were wonderful hosts, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. And Gays muffins were delicious. Great location, beautiful walks, close to beach and bay. AAA+++

Had a wondering long weekend stay, the location was convenient and Gay & Rob's hospitality was the best. The property was clean and cosy, with a beautiful outdoor garden. Wonderful, hope to be back again.

Great location for a family trip to NSW to enjoy beachside living! The apartment was clean, tidy and it had everything we needed for our stay! We truly loved the extra TLC touches from Gay and Rob, such as a few treats (kids and adults) in the fridge, homemade baked goods, the beautiful welcome message and their very approachable nature!

Was an ideal case as my daughters wedding was around the corner. The hosts are gorgeous, warm, kind, interesting and chatty. We felt very welcome, I loved it and will return ❤️

We had a lovely time at Rob and Gay’s Palm Beach property! Gay was very welcoming on our arrival and the property was super clean with lovely fruit, chocolates and indulgent toiletries. Gay and Rob manage to make an already superb location and surrounds with their gracious and warm hospitality. The apartment is exactly as described and all the lovely reviews about their wonderful hosting came-to-life for us as we enjoyed a fabulous 5 days of vacation in one of the finest spots across greater Sydney. We couldn't have asked for more from Gay and Rob – their apartment and hosting was everything we hoped for and more. This was a memorable stay in an idyllic setting!

This was our 2nd stay at Rob and Gay’s and Elmo. It was on my bucket list for my 60th birthday to return because the first stay was good. Every once in a while you meet special people, and we were made to feel so welcome again, as it was my 60th there was a surprise bottle of champagne to welcome us, and also a beautiful fruit platter with home made chocolates, perhaps the best surprise are the homemade muffins on our first morning, they will be the best you have ever tasted and also organic! There are lots of little attention to detail that personalised our stay that definitely didn’t go unnoticed. The accomodation is sparkling clean, and beautiful L’occitane amenities too! Rob and Gay make your stay special and you also leave feeling very special and looked after. Will definitely be back for another visit!

We stayed at Palmie for a wedding weekend and had the best time! Location was just perfect close enough to everything but far enough to be away from the main part. Palm beach is only a 4 min drive or a quick bus ride. There's a beautiful cafe called Coast right across the road with all day breakfast and great coffee. Barrenjoey house is just a 10min walk away. But aside from the surroundings. Gay and Rob are just wonderful hosts. We got in late on our first night and there was a lovely welcome message on the chalk board. Gay popped over the next day to welcome us and see how we were doing. Then throughout the stay Rob came over to bring some lovely muffins Gay had baked. There was also a lovely fruit platter in the fridge when we arrived :) All I can say is the next time I'm staying in Palm beach I will be looking to book Palmie! Thanks so much Gay and Rob! :)

We had such a lovely time at our stay. Thanks so much to Gay and Rob who fit us in at the last minute for a special birthday weekend for my mum, after our original place was cancelled at short notice. Gay and Rob are such nice people and so helpful and friendly. Rob even helped us park our car! We arrived to find a fruit platter and a birthday gift for my mum. The place was perfect, very clean and comfortable and with everything we could possibly need, even a big bag of beach toys which my son loved.In the morning we woke to a bag of freshly-baked muffins that Gay makes hanging on the door handle. They were absolutely delicious and still warm. The best way to start the day, followed by coffee at the great cafe just across the road.The place is well located with a delightful beach just a few minutes walk away, which is a great place to go swimming. Thank you again Gay and Rob for making our stay so special. I'd definitely recommend their place if you are planning a holiday to palm beach.

TenThirtyFour is perfectly located to easily access both the Pittwater and surf beaches of Palm Beach as well as the nearby cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very well appointed with thoughtful and caring attention to detail.
