Good location but uncomfortable room

Great location very close to shopping street. Good Hotpot restaurant right at the hotel ground level.

The rooms were quite old and the beds were not comfortable

Любезен персонал, готов винаги да помогне. Във стаите всички удобства.

Когато един хотел добави към удобствата басейн веднага се вдига категорията и цената с 20-30%. Когато обаче решат да направят икономия на вода и енергия и затворят басейна ,не смъкват цената. Уведомяват те ,че не работи след като си платил и не можеш да анулираш. Метрото е далечко от хотела.

아침 부페의 매뉴는 다양했습니다. 직원들이 친절했습니다. 위치가 아주 좋아요.

wifi가 느무 느려 이용할 수가 없었습니다. 난방이 잘 되지 않았습니다.

Pleasant short stay

Hotel is a little bit old, but that in itself is a vibe on it's own. We had a short stay of one night. We were very glad that Mike, one of the Hotel workers, was able to speak fluent english and help us to get around. He also helped us book a trip to the Great Wall for this one day and tell us of a good place to eat nearby and also show us to the nearest ATM. All things just around the corner. If you are looking to stay at a Hotel in Beijing i would recommend going here.

The hotel is rather old and some things are not the newest anymore.

Excellent and comfy will helpful staff. Location perfect at the heart of the Beijing. Recommended!

The hotel is great, comfy, clean and in an excellent location. But I give such an outstanding review mainly because of the helpfulness of the staff. Now in Beijing it is very difficult for tourists without a Chinese sim card to reserve places in tourist attractions or for shows. Entrance to most tourist attractions and sights in Beijing is severely limited. The hotel staff, and especially the manager with the business suit and black tie (I do not remember his name) went out of their way to help me. I am deeply thankful and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

It would be nice to have breakfast and/or restaurant in the hotel. But there are plenty of good eating options outside, especially in that super nice pedestrian street.

Great value for money stay in Beijing

Excellent location, kind and respectfull staff, complete silence during the night, nice breakfast. I can only recomment this place.

Once my breakfast table was fully cleaned when I only went for drink, also return envelope was throun away in thought this was rubbish. Bit this can happen anywhere and has no impact on overall evaluation.

Perfect location!!! It used to be Crown Plaza hotel, and changed its name and probably the owner, instead of renew the hotel. Reasonable price!

They did the best for us considering the strict COVID restrictions at the time.

Staff as helpful as possible given the COVID restrictions

The credit card facility didn't work for Visa / Mastercard. We had to pay by Alipay, which we could luckily organise. (It seems like they were set up for Western cards, but the link appeared to be faulty.)

Good hotel but it was very warm inside.

The breakfast was good with a lots of choices. The location was also very good.

We found a lots of dust in the room. Also, the room was very warm and it was not possible to use the A/C or to open the windows.
