Aufgrund seiner Lage war es schön.

Die Anlage war stets sauber. Zimmerservice war ordentlich. Preise waren überteuert. Strandbereich war sauber. Lage ist gut.

Das Haus ist schon alt und man merkt an den Ausstattungen die Gebrauchsspuren. Unser Klimabedienteil hat nicht funktioniert. Wurde aber gleich repariert. Die Zugangskarten an den Türen gingen meistens nicht. Haben immer wieder neue bekommen. Das Bad ist auch sehr alt. Die Ränder von dem Spiegel im Bad hat sich gelöst. Im Bereich vom Thermalbecken hat man die Ablagerungen und die Oxidation an den Halterungen stark gesehen. Sollten gewechselt werden.

couldn't think of any

it's one of the oldest hotels in this area but you'd expect it to be well maintained and renovated, it's not. All pools are sea water, might be inconvenient for some. Due to its horizontal design some rooms are quite far from the lifts. A/C is too noisy, doesn't have auto mode so you'll either freeze or sweat. Beach restaurant was not sth you'd expect from a 5 star hotel, very disappointing. There is no valet service, they have open parking area and sometimes not easy to find a space.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN

The room is average. Certainly not 5 Star facility, to me more like a 3 star. Although I have been to better 3 Stars for example in Italy. Beach area was nice, but again the facility in the beach was not like a 5 star hotel. Hotel is dated and have not been renovated for a long time.

The hotel is old, not renovated. not many staff speak English bearing in mind that its a resort and they have to cater for foreign visitors!! Unfortunately not honest staff, as on the last day of our stay, I forgot to remove a few items of jewellery (not gold) and my watch in the bedside drawer and I contacted hotel as soon as we landed back home. The receptionist said that they will have a look at the room in the morning and ask the lost property of the hotel. In the next few days whenever I called OR communicated by emails through hotel or booking.com portal, I was told that nothing was left in the room, but I am more than 100% sure that I left everything in the bedside drawer. My only conclusion is that the staff are not honest!!! :-( AND THE MANAGEMENT DONT CARE!!!

Was clean but this is not the thing which is optional. Cleaning must be exist therefore it is not extra!!!

Hotel was very old and internet was not working at the room!!!!

Sea view rooms are spacious with large balcony. Staff are fine and helpful but little English is spoken. Dinner and buffet breakfast are good but coffee is terrible. The nearby beach at Boyalik is great but windy which is fine in the hot weather.

The hotel is old but has had a makeover but it is definitely not 5 star in most terms but Turkey has a more generous award system. Paper cups in room may be due to Covid. The beds on the beach and by the pool could do with mattresses. It is a resort hotel frequented mostly by Turks so it works well but if you don't have a car you need to walk and then catch a dolmus to cesme there are no restaurants nearby so you need to go to ilica or cesme or have the buffet.

Elegant hotel with huge private beach!

Words are not enough to describe. Lots of restaurants inside for different meals, very much helpful staffs, huge private beach, excellent service. Very much children friendly. They arranged taxi & rental car for us.

Close to sea

We barely found staff to speak English. It was a bit of a challenge. The area is quite a boring area as most of the shops around were close. It is nothing much you can do around for a young couple with no kids.

I like the expansive property. So much places and things to do within the complex. I like the different beach access.

My room was so far from the elevator. So much walking just to get in and out.

Located in a great location, the hotel has a nice spa and swimming pools. The rooms are a bit old but they are clean. There are a lot of options at the restaurants and the food is delicious. The staff was very nice as well.

Such a good resort to relax and very good variety of food. Would like to go back again some time 🙂

Needs a little bit of work in some places, but they were busy with repairs.
