Nužno zlo, jednu noć jedva izdržali.

Ništa.

Soba nije onakva kakva je prikazana na fotografijama. Rustikalan stil odgovara, ali je sve staro i nesigurno. U cijeloj sobi dvije uticnice. Kupaona nije bila cista, samo vruca voda se moze koristiti na tušu. Doručak ok, ali vrlo malo izbora. Garaža ima samo 4 mjesta, u hotelu 40 soba. Upućeni da parkiramo negdje dalje, 10ak minuta hoda od hotela.

Koszmarny brudny z ignorujacym personelem! Ostrzegam !

Położenie i budynek.

Brud, grzyb, brak łóżek , zamiast nich włożone w stare ramy jakies turystyczne stelaże z niebezpiecznymi dziurami. Kompletny brak reakcji personelu, kompletna ignorancja i indolencja. Odpadający tynk, poplamione ściany, instalacje elektryczne prowadzone niebezpiecznie. Drzwi nie do zamkniecia ozostawiające szpary kilkucentymetrowe umożliwiające swobodne ogladanie wnętrza pokoju. Zerowe wygłuszenie i setki innych niedociagnieć. W takich tragicznych warunkach jeszcze nie nocowaliśmy ... to jest kpina i zakrawa na oszustwo... ostrzegam przed tą noclegownią!

Soyons positifs et ne gardons que le meilleur

l'emplacement à mi parcours entre la gare et le centre historique est parfait. Le mobilier et la décoration sont restées intacte depuis le 19eme et c'est vraiment charmant. Le personnel y est tout à fait sympathique

j'avais aussi choisi cet hotel parce qu'il a accueilli nombre personnalités historiques qui faisait le grand tour au siècle dernier. Mais vraiment les salles de bains laissent à désirer et l'électricité est tout à fait limite. Allier le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne serait souhaitable. le petit déjeuner est un peu juste

amazing old style hotel, situated near many attractions.

the hotel is amazingly situated near many attractions (museum across the canal) the leaning tower is about 15 minutes walk and the train station was 15 minutes walk as well. near the city center and many restaurants. the hotel staff was super friendly and attentive. they communicated well and provided a lot of information with regards to the area and attractions.

the breakfast options could be better, but it was really nice overall. some floorboards were loose in the room but didnt hinder the stay at all.

Hotel romantico e confortevole.

Gli ambienti dell'hotel sono veramente affascinanti. I letti sono comodi e la colazione è abbondante. La posizione è perfetta ed il personale è gentilissimo. Il check out alle 12 mi ha sorpreso, magnifico. In più offrono la possibilità di lasciare gratis i bagagli dopo il check out. Vorrei tornarci.

Parcheggio a pagamento e pulizia che potrebbe migliorare.

DONT BOOK A ROOM ON THE FRONT IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP !!

Stayed 3 times over last 10 yrs. The location is good in theory, however, on this occasion, it was a negative

2 night stay. 1st night, there was singing and loud shouting outside until 4am. We were in a front room on the river on the 3rd floor. Single glazed windows meant we could not sleep. Next day we asked for a room at the back of the hotel and were told the hotel was fully booked. Both days at breakfast there was hardly anyone dining?

Das Ding ist urig. Entweder man liebt es oder Mann hasst es.

Frühstück kann man total vergessen. Ist aber typisch für Italienische Hotels dieser Kategorie.

Habitación 4 planta horrible!!

Lo mejor la ubicación.

Habitación en 4 planta horrible, súper vieja,se escuchaba el somier de la cama cada vez que te movías, hacia frío..abrimos el armario para coger una manta y olía a pis el armario y la manta...fatal..el baño minúsculo..y además de todo esto cuando salías del ascensor NO funcionaba la luz y tenías que ir a oscuras(por la noche)hasta tu habitación... Bajamos a recepción pero nos dijeron que estaba todo completo y no nos cambiaron de habitación ni nos dieron solución.

Better room than first stay. Bathroom refurbished but badly thought out. Bedroom not improved, air conditioning lousy.

A hotel with a grand history

The hotel age and style is like stepping back to a much grander time. Breakfast was well provided with a good selection and the breakfast room felt very grand

Hübsch und ungepflegt

Das Gebäude hat Charme.

Alles ist recht heruntergekommen, Fensterläden ließen sich nicht öffnen, die Fenster waren undicht und der Strassenlärm war nachts schon sehr störend. Eine Bodenfliese war locker, die Luft im Bad trotz Abluft sehr muffig und die Zimmertüre hat geklemmt. Schade um das schöne Gebäude.

Clean but not comfortable

The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was a good location.

However, the beds were awful. They were pull out beds in disguise and were not even on the floor so you were slanted. The hotel was opposite to the river where youths hang out to all hours drinking and making noise and disturbance. We did not get any sleep.

A one night stay was enough to benefit from the hotel location

This property is in a fabulous location for the sights and sounds of Pisa. The furniture and decor hail from another era so you are transported to a time of the grand tours.

The window frames are rotten and single glazed so the rooms are very noisy (revellers until midnight, street cleaners at dawn). The bathroom was appalling and needed a complete renovation. The bed had an interesting framework but the mattress was dreadful. Breakfast was adequate.

Traditional, central hotel. Perfect base for exploring Pisa.

Property is centrally located easy to walk to the Leaning Tower and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Very traditional old fashioned charm. Roof bar was a nice touch.

A little noisy at night. Think we must have had a room by an outside bottle bin as loud smashing bottles in the early hours woke me up both nights.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times and even with the additional exertions that I had to overcome we had an enjoyable experience.

Although search parameters included accessibility to reach our room my disabled partner had to access a very steep ramp followed by a narrow lift that meant transferring to a narrow chair. There were also no aides to assist in the bathroom.

Authentic, traditional and immersive.

The authenticity of this hotel has been bringing me and my family back since I first came in 1997. I hope to be coming back for another 26 years. I am not sure if the hotel are aware that we are probably one of their most faithful customers! Prof Patrick C Brennan

Lovely location BUT...

The location is lovely, along the river in the city centre, 1 min from the main pedestrian street, less than 15 mins from the station; restaurants, bars and main tourist attractions are easily reached. The hotel is in an historical building, the rooms at the entrance and the staircase are elegant, there's a lovely terrace at the top where you can have aperitivo or smoke. There's an elevator. The staff at the reception and at the breakfast rooms was nice.

We stayed in an Economy Double bed room, it was a bit run down and in need of renovations: the furniture needed to be updated (it seemed like a hodge-podge of pieces leftover from different rooms and low quality too), the walls were stained, the floor tiles were broken and moved when stepped on, there was no insulation and big gaps on room door. Restroom was ok. The air-conditioning couldn't be adjusted, only turned on or off. Last but not least, our room wasn't clean but quite dusty and it was full of mosquitoes that annoyed us very much the whole stay. The breakfast selection was poor.

Felt like a hotel that the aristocracy stayed at when they did their Grand Tours. I loved all the interesting history and antiques.

Wonderful historic hotel but won’t return as I need my night’s sleep. Can’t recommend!

Liked the history of the hotel, the ambience and the roof terrace. The male staff were excellent.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. There was a fan but it was much too noisy to use. The room was very hot so we had to have the window open and the noise prevented me from sleeping.
