Rundherum perfekt.

Das mit Abstand beste Hotel unserer Rundreise. Personal ausnehmen, freundlich, herzlich. Trotz der Größe war das Hotel sehr familiär geführt, man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, komfortabel, groß, mit sehr schönen Gimmicks. Neben der Standardausstattung gab es zum Beispiel einen Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, auch eine wasserdichte Badetasche für die Benutzung im Schwimmbad und Saunabereich. Ganz selten in Hotels: in einem Doppelzimmer gab es zwei bequeme Stühle. Schwimmbad mit Gegenstromanlage, vielen Massagedüsen, das Wasser angenehm warm. Der Außenbereich ließ keine Wünsche offen. Mehrere Hollywood schaukeln, Wippliegen, Hübsche Sitzgruppen. Der Hammer war allerdings das Frühstück, beziehungsweise das Essen überhaupt. Mehrere Körnerbrote, viele verschiedene Brötchen, mehrere Kuchen, kleine süße Törtchen, Plätzchen, aber auch herzhafte Snacks, wie Würstchen im Schlafrock oder Mozzarellastangen, verschiedene Säfte, ein Regal voller Tees, einfach Wahnsinn. Unser Zimmer war außerordentlich ruhig, keinerlei Lärm, auch nicht von der Straße, die ohnehin in einiger Entfernung war. Es war rundherum perfekt, so dass ich erstmals die Höchst Note vergebe. Vielen Dank noch mal für die schönen Tage, wir werden wiederkommen.

zeer ruime kamer,mooie wellness ruimte.Groot ruim balkon.

wij zaten op de eerste etage je uitzicht is wat minder en je hoort de bovenburen lopen.

Great for a short or longer stay with a friendly and familiar atmosphere

the room was huge, the staff extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Also, the facilities for bicycles (tools, pump, washing etc) were very helpful. I didn’t stay long enough to tat the wellness offering

The staff was amazing, the facilities was perfect, the room was big, the food was great and was very good for the kid, near to the vila there is supermarket, and great pizza place. Again the staff was very sweet and thoughtful 😊😊😊

Loved everything! The place is cozy and chill, marvelous stuff, the Garden with oranges, olive trees and lemon trees🌱 Exellent dinner and breakfast! that’s a traveller paradise! the feeling. Lake Garda wich was like 200meters away, the mountains. Best ever experience! and the LGBTQ flag waving in the wind🏳️‍🌈♥️

Our stay was wonderful. We had a bright and quiet room which exceeded our expectations. After our arrival we received a warm welcome and felt like regular guests right from the start. The breakfast has a wide selection and great banana bread. You can relax at the pool or walk a few meters to the lake Garda. We will definitely stay here again the next time.

Ideal place to stay on Lake Garda, 4 star hotel for the price of 3 star. Spacious rooms, perfect cleanliness, wonderful breakfast! Above expectations! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful staff, wonderful food, wonderful location.

THe location of the Villa Franca is fantastic, very easy to get to by car from the main road with private parking right next to the hotel. Villa Franca is a very quiet place with a large enough beautiful garden with a swimming pool. All the staff is extremely kind and helpful, always working hard and always in a good mood which made our stay super enjoyable. Not only breakfast but all the food we had there was excellent and the rooms were super clean. We loved the possibility to use their available bikes and ride around the area. There are plenty of easy bike routes to explore. We recommend Villa Franca very much and would love to stay there again.

We loved it.

Excellent service; comfortable, clean room with spacious balcony; nice pool and other facilities; free use of city bikes; reasonably priced restaurant with generous portions; wonderful breakfast. We would definitely return.

The only suggestion we'd make is perhaps to have a little background music in the restaurant.
