Exceptional

Hotel met all expectations in location and amenities. Staff was cordial, friendly and helpful. The quiet atmosphere suited us....while the adventurous ride on the 51 bus route into Trieste centre, gave us the extra opportunity to see more quaint Carso locations.

We would have happily stayed longer had we had time.

There were fantastic dinners in hotel restaurant. They were very good end of the day, we recommend. Salad was always fresh. First course and main course were very tasty (me and my wife mention first dinner with excellent vegetable soup and excellent gulas and chicken). Location of hotel is very good (highway is just few minutes from hotel), no city noise. Parking for free with enough space. Staff was very friendly, very helpful, we felt like at home.

Good relaxational short weekend in Trieste!

Everything went well, good breakfast, silent location, very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and had the basic facilities you need.

I would appretiate a bit cheaper price, of course.

The hosts are the best. 🤗 Marina is the girl for everything and the guy in the reception will give you all the information and details about Trieste that you need. ❤️

You should be a bit careful if you are going to the place in the evening. It can be foggy and a bit slippery, just drive a little bit slower.

Lovely stay with great breakfast!

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was also very convenient, and the best part was the breakfast that was included in the price. It was very delicious, and I would definitely recommend this place.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be sure to return when i'm next in the area...

Bed and Pillows for me were extremely comfortable. Food was amazing. Staff were very helpful

The fridge in the room did not work... Rooms were a little noisy - you could easily hear the neighbours next door..

Close proximity to hiking and running trails was fantastic. Small village setting ideal, yet easy bus service to anywhere nearby. Breakfast was really great, and the dinner they serve is great value.

Not much, but breakfast was great!! Also some staff were helpful....

Room freezing cold, no heating. We asked for the air con to be set to warm and this they did but they rationed our use of it...also you'd be lost here without a car really.

The staff at the Albergo Alle Valle de Banne were incredible. The two young guys manning reception when we arrived formed a great team and were attentive to our every need. The breakfast was huge and varied and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for hikers on the Alpe-Adria trail.

As for breakfast, the day before we marked on a piece of paper what we wanted for breakfast. It was the first time I had seen such a practice but it turned out to be practical.

At check in the conversation was a little unprofessional but this did not significantly affect the rating of the facility. Moreover, it was very expensive, but I would like to point out right away that this was not the fault of the hotel, because the prices have recently risen everywhere and therefore it does not affect the overall assessment.
