Me sorprendí para bien.

me gustó mucho el cuarto y lo cómodo de las camas. También la comida en la terraza. Y la ubicación. En el desayuno muy rico el café, excelente lo huevos para cocer uno mismo, y las cosas dulces. Excelente el jamó cocido.

La fruta en el desayuno me decepcionó algunos días (estaba un tanto insulsa), el jugo de naranja no me gustó, y creo que se podría mejorar tener alguna mermelada casera, y más opciones de quesos.

Unbeatable location

Excellent beachfront location, comfortable bed, a very good shower, attentive staff

Room was functional but small, with windows that are not soundproof, and neither are the dividing walls. You can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Facilities are on a 3 star level, and definitely not a 5 star property.

NOS FALTARON PERTENENCIAS DE LA HABITACIÓN

La ubicación e instalaciones muy buenas. El desayuno bueno, La piscina justo estaba en reparación.

En el desayunador no había suficiente lugar para las personas alojadas y se debía esperar. Pero lo mas decepcionante es que nos faltaron pertenencias de nuestra habitación.

Amazing location. Amazing breakfast. Awesome place to stay.

Location was excellent - right on the beach and had an amazing view. They let us borrow beach towels and chairs. Breakfast was excellent.

Wifi didn't connect as easily as other hotel on our trip.

Excelente hotel, inmejorable ubicación.

La ubicación es inmejorable. El personal es sumamente amable y bien predispuesto. Las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno es muy bueno y el restaurante es en general muy bueno. Además en una ciudad qué no está muy preparada sinceramente para los celíacos, el restaurante Masserini cubría todas mis necesidades.

Camas muy incomodas, el hotel es muy pequeño, la piscina no se disfruta ya q el espacio esta muy mal distribuido.

Great location

Excellent location - half way along Ipanema beach. Our sea view room was exactly what we expected - excellent view along the whole of Ipanema, Leblon and Arpoador beaches and out to the |Ilhas Cagarras. Very comfortable beds. Rooftop pool/bar views are unrivalled. Complimentary parasol/sunchair/towels

Hotel looked like it was in need of a refurb - rooms looked tired - lift lobby on our floor (6th) smelled damp at times (due to lack of ventilation?) despite air fresheners. Fitness centre??? More like a small room with minimal equipment. Breakfast was adequate at best - limited selection of food and not the best quality

This is a lovely Hotel with friendly staff but the superior room was very small.

The location was excellent being right opposite the Ipanema Beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar and pool with deck chairs was lovely. The Gym was good to have.

The check in was difficult we were asked to fill in forms that we had already filled in online a few times before. When we got to our room the Porter left us and I noticed that even though I had made a request some weeks back and got confirmation for 2 extra pillows they were not there so i had to call him back and he brought the pillow then we couldn't operate the safe so we had to call the Porter back again to show us how. The aircon was too high and again we had to call the porter to show us how to adjust it. Surely all the above could have been done on initial check in and not dump us with our luggage and then walk off. To get to the lovely Beach we had to cross vey busy highway which was tricky. The room looked much smaller than in the pictures on booking .com

Best place to stay in Rio

This hotel is perfect. Great location for Rio. Been there many time but this place is the best. Great breakfast. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are free to use. Roof top pool is amazing. Stay herefor a great Rio experience

If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Our view was spectacular. The employees made me feel welcome in a way that I rarely experience. They looked after our well-being when we were in the hotel as we as when we took excursions into the city. it did not matter weather it was a hotel sanctioned or just us venturing as a couple.

Location and view from rooftop excellent as were the drinks at the rooftop bar. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. View from room at night also excellent.

Lobby staff was robotic. Expect more from customer service at a nice hotel.

Very good

The staff! Very trevlig and helpful. They try to solve all problems and wishes to please the guests. The view from the pool area is spectacular! Very good location.

Some rooms from the back side can be a little dark with a sad and uncomfortable view. The pool area is very little! Maximum 8 people can enjoy att the same time for not be so crowded. Too little space for more "guarda sol". The pool itself is too little.
