Passable

Staff very nice. King size bed. Sea view.

No Ac. Staying in a room on the 7th floor just seemed like a sauna. The room seemed old, it could have some renovations.

Old hotel/ clean. Very helpful staff

You have the right people at the reception who are willing to help for every little thing. There were many little issues but it's not a problem as there is a constant effort to fix everything. SILVIA in particular was very sincere, courteous and very helpful. 5 star for her. Thanks to her and her colleagues, the stay was fine. The cleaning staff was also very courteous. 5 star for service.

The hotel is quite old. Needs some refurbishment. But there is an effort to keep it clean, and very responsive staff.

Disappointing

location was conveinient and staff friendly and helpful, with good advice for parking during our stay. room was large.

hotel very old and tatty - did not resemble the images on booking.com. at all. no tea/cofee making facilities in room, or hairdryer. no balcony and nasty veiw directly into the hotel/apartments across the street, so we were also overlooked. dissapointing breakfast - cold foods only, awful cofee.

Room was not esthetically attractive at all. It's just a laughing for 103 Euro. See the picture. The bottle of water could be provided for the money paid....

Pleasant

The location is exceptional, right next to the beach. People at the reception were nice and communicated in English well.

The room: The walls were dirty and were asking for a new coat of paint. Furniture was missing pieces and surfaces were sticky to the touch. The fridge, consumed by rust, had a thick layer of ice inside due to lack of maintenance and it is placed right next to the bed, which is not ideal for light sleepers. Our card was getting demagnetized everyday, even when kept in a separate pocket. Air in the room is stuffy, with limited ventilation and a view on buildings. The water temperature fluctuates quickly and can become scolding. Breakfast: Poor but manageable, couple of hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese.

The room has NO conditioner, beds are very uncomfortable, they are on wheels???!!! Why would you have bed on wheels in a hotel? Beds looked like they are from the hospital!!!!!! Kitchen has almost nothing to cook on. No balcony.

Simple hotel for a family of 3

Has a little kitchen so you can make coffee in the morning. The hotel is right by the beach and the price is very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It could use a good paint job and some minor repairs.

Very good

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was good enough, room was big and clean. Fair price, for how it looked.

It can get really loud during the night, but that is to be expected in that location.

Basic but great value. Clean, comfortable and central to Las Palmas.

Great location, 2 minutes from the beach and lots of bars/restaurants close by. 10-15 minute walk to the bus station. Friendly staff who were on reception 24 hours a day. Clean bedrooms and bathroom with shower over bath. Housekeeping done daily.

Kitchen was basic, just 2 electric hobs to cook on. But we ate out anyway so that wasn't a problem for us.

Very good

it's good hotel, near beach las Canteras, many restaurant and cafes. personal is very friendly and help every time.

Bath room need complete renovation. TV is very small, but ok.

Could be a decent hotel with a little updating.

The towels and bed linen were clean. The reception staff were efficient.

The room was very dark and gloomy looking out onto a concrete wall. The room and kitchen area need updating. The room could improved eg walls painted.

We were to stay 6 nights but after one night we decided to move on

Great location close to the beach. We didnt eat there

Website photos are misleading as all areas need modernising and freshening up . Suggest painting.

clean and safe hotel in a fab location close to pretty much everything with very attentive staff

excellent location next to the beach, loads of cafes and restaurants nearby

all the cooking facilities have been removed from the rooms so no microwave, crockery or cutlery
