Amazing visit. Loved the location, families, staff. Would love to stay longer or go back again.

Beautiful location, view, facilities. Staff in reception (Vanessa) and restaurant were great. Vanessa was great, very helpful when we had a problem with our car.

Schöne Anlage, Chalet 3 aber leider eine ekelhaft Bleibe

Nettes Personal, schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Seeblick, gute Lage für Ausflüge.

Wir hatten Chalet 3. Feuchte Wände, dadurch muffig trotz Lüften. Im fensterlosen Bad ein unbeschreiblicher Gestank nach Katzenurin (?). So, als hätte jemand sein Haustier mitgebracht und dort eingesperrt. Ekelhaft!!!

Friendly, comfortable haven with great views.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area was fabulous and not too cold as stated in some reviews, although the weather was very hot. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake.

We didn’t cook in the apartment but there are only two rings in the kitchen which might be difficult for some if self catering. As stated in previous reviews there is no shop and the restaurant closes on Tuesday which is worth noting. We didn’t find the walk into town too strenuous but if you have small kids or reduced mobility the climb up the hill would be problematic.

Good hotel if weren’t for the bad room-standard

Nice lake view and pool area. Nice wineries in the proximity of the hotel.

Very poor room standard: No AC, malfunctioning warm water and toilett flushing. One day problems with the door lock. Make sure to book a renovated room - at least avoid appartment nr 12. Restaurant closed tuesdays for some reason and no buffet.

the view

The information about the apartment is not enough and misleading. There are 2 locations, one Arca which is in the main area with pool, restaurant and other facilities, the other is Ca' Mure about 300 - 400 meter uphill. I chose apartment with 2 bedrooms with balcony, but there is NO direct balcony, only shared terrace outside the building. No clear info that the apartment location is not in the main area. Room is not good isolated, we hear noise from neighboring apartments

This is not a 3 star hotel. With no service at all, 1 star hotel.

The only thing I enjoy in the hotel is the swimming pool, the restaurant and the night scenery with bug singing.

- Pay attention with their "Free Wi-Fi" title, in the description is only public Wi-Fi is free, the public mean "only in restaurant area". When we check in, they gave us a little piece of paper for connecting Wi-Fi in our room, but true is you can't even find the Wi-Fi server. I went to ask them, their answer is "you room is older and further away, so the connection is no good." (lie! It is not just not good. It is not even show up on my phone!) - We pay one extra person, yet we have to make the bed ourselves, AND get the sheets ourselves (They said they forgot to make the bed and didn't even call someone to do it after we ask) - Our double bed also only half done. - They tell us we have to clean the the room especially the kitchen. - There were ants in the bathroom and the floor was sticky - Shampoo and body soap are really the cheap ones and not much, but the kitchen kit is really complete and the dish soap is bigger bottle than the shower soap. (An expensive hotel, don't even provide basic service. But when asking customer cleaning, they have nice and good tools. How much they want their customer to do the cleaning?! ) - Their staff lunch time is from 12 to 3pm. - Restaurant closed in the day - No AC, no mosquito net so we can't open the windows - Houses are close to each other. Other customers just sit outside and talk at the midnight, we can hear clearly because where they sit is basically just in front of the window of our bed. I can't sleep well because of that. - At some points, people upstarts knockings on the floor super loud and woke me up. - We had to leave early to give a ride for our friend to the airport and the gate was close. We call the number that they provide to get help, but the person just answer "this is for emergency only" then hung up, don't even tell us what to do. So we had to figure out and ran back to get our key which is really far.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with amazing views. felt like no one else had been in it since refurbishment. Well equipped. Nice pool area. Beautiful area for a nice relaxing break. Not dated at all as in some other reviews. Nice gentleman on reception.

Nothing major really, just information. About 30 mins walk from Bardolino and roughly same to Garda which we knew, but it was a struggle after a few days. Buses were not very reliable so not really an option. uphill climb to apartment from main road. Can get a taxi or bike. More mirrors and a coffee table would be a nice addition. outside table a bit worn and water temp in shower difficult to regulate at times.

Reasonable stay, but don't expect luxury

Good locaion on lake Garda, within short driving distance from major attractions such as Gardaland, Sirmione, Monte Baldo and Lazise. Nice swimming pool and restaurant, with nice views of the lake. Friendly staff. Spacious apartment with good kitchen facilities.

Reception is only open 9-12 and 15-19 which isn't good anyone who goes out on day trips. No coffee, tea, sugar or water supplied in the room. Soap and shampoo supplied in small quantities and not replaced unless requested from reception. Similarly, bed sheets and towels aren't replaced daily - all room maintenance during the stay is done by the visitor. Electrical outlets inconveniently placed close to the floor far away from beds and tables.

Great pool, views and amazing onsite restaurant

Large room with a great outdoor space. Views from the property are lovely as it is a bit up the hill. Pool is lovely and the on-site restaurant is amazing!

Room decor was a little dated and the property is a bit of a walk to the town(or any shop). 20/25 minutes walk down hill which is fine but coming back up at night I would say you need to take a taxi or drive.

We left at midnight without sleeping there, found a hotel downtown.

Main facilities (swimming pool, bar etc) good and nice people working there.

Apartment was tiny, reeked of cigarette smell, no air conditioning and no light in the kitchen.

the location and view were really great. Big pool area

Our appartment was a dissappointment. So hot that it was impossible to stay in. First up, we walked in to discover that it had not been cleaned so we had to wait for the cleaning staff before we could get in again. We then found out that it had one single fan for two rooms. We asked for a second fan a couple of times and eventually got one late at night. Not that it helped a whole lot. We had to sleep with doors and windows open not with no safety mechanisms whatsoever - with two little kids inside with us. Completely unsafe and not okay. Also no mosquito nets. The bedroom window furthermore opened up into the neighbor’s entrance and terrace resulting in no peace or privacy for us and the other family alike. On top of this, the apartment was outdated and needless to say not featured in the photo section. The wifi didn’t reach our building. There were only a few - old - power plugs. After our first night I raised our concerns with the reception. The answer was ‘we know the appartment is old, there’s nothing we can do to help you’. Luckily we had only booked for 3 nights. We ended up leaving after barely having slept for 2 nights. Also, should be noted that we had to pay the full amount before even seeing the appartment - perhaps they were afraid that we’d run off screaming had we seen it first - not unlikely at all…

Wonderful place with amazing view, but there are some things to consider when you travel with kids

The nice, scenic view over Lago di Garda. The great pool in which my daughters had a lot of fun. The good restaurant with authentic food for reasonable prices. And the clean, newly renovated apartments in the "Ca Mure" part of the property. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

The "Ca Mure" renovated 2-room apartments are about 400m uphill from the pool and main area. With 35 degrees and a push-chair it is impossible to walk, so every time you have to take the car. Also, the garbage disposal is at the main area, so you have to transport it in your car (nice, with used diapers, as you can imagine) and dispose of the garbage at the main area. I saw that other people had the same issue, that by booking the apartment of your choice, it is not fully clear where it is located (main area, detached, ...). If I knew that we would end up detached from the main building, on the second floor without elevator, I would have definitely booked a different apartment for the family with 2 small kids. Take this as constructive criticism - I definitely would go there again.

This place is a gem, set off the main roads in a peaceful yet convenient location. The whole complex is spotless and very well run. We stayed in the Villa which was set back from the main property- a little bit of heaven ! everything you need for a family of 5.

The swimming pool was large and the view on the lake was good

It is not a place to really relax in a quiet environment. The room insulation is extremely poor: you could hear every step from those in the room upstairs, and even every time that were using the sinks or flushing the toilet. The apartment is super basic with respect to the price we paid. The room looked over the swimming and some other guests were laughing and shouting till very late, without anyone trying to stop them, in spite of the regulations that state to be quiet after a given time.

We have stayed there on and off over 15 years or more, we absolutely love everything about it, the views are amazing, the food is spectacular and the walks to Bardolino and Garda are lovely

It would be really useful to have a shuttle to the towns and back, I love walking but we have an elderly mother with us so we had to taxi back and forth a lot. That is the only thing, the rest was amazing
