Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire!

Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Propre. Vue côté forêt magnifique. La piscine en plus c’est génial. Tellement de positif a dire! Et que du positif. Félicitations!

Les femmes de ménage qui insistent pour venir faire le ménage alors qu’on y est dedans.

Caro y decepcionante

La habitación amplia y la cama muy cómoda

Muy aislado , hay que coger coche para ir al pueblo, donde es necesario meterlo en un parking. La playa que está cerca es muy inclinada y con acceso incómodo, no adaptado para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Las vistas no eran las de la foto, sí no los hierbajos de la parte de atrás.

Die Lage zum Strand und den Parkplatz im Haus. Gute Ausgangslage für den Besuch der Küste.

Für den den Besuch des Zentrums braucht man das Auto da Busverbindungen nicht häufig sind.

Hôtel au top!

Hôtel très propre hygiène irréprochable. Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Literie au top! C'est très important de le préciser. Accessoires modernes et de qualité. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Nous étions 3 en couple avec une jeune fille de 17 ans. A recommander sans hésitation.

More of a camping place than a hotel

The breakfast was nice, the staff were pleasant.

The room was very outdated. The toilet was like an outhouse. The hairdryer was from the 70s. There was no air conditioner. There was a bull show across the road which was very loud, it ran until midnight.

Nice hotel for overnight stop

Stopped here on our way back driving to the UK. Lovely room, large with balcony. Nice big pool which was warm and almost empty. Food in onsite restaurant a little disappointing but ok. Huge bed, slept well.

lovely interlude between Spain and the ferry home

Finding the place. Proper instruction probably buried in the e mail. The address should be at the front. Why call it Hotel prestige. When its ODALys,. Could do with more information printed in different languages.

We had a balcony with a beautiful view of sea buy unfortunately no sun all day and as it was windy so cold you could not get eny refreshment until 19.00 you have a lovey place but no facilities.

Exceptional

In a quiet area, in a sense suburban, but with a nearby Erromardie beach. A car needed to get to St Jean de Luz. A comfortable room with a balcony and view over the two pools to more distant sea. Restaurant serving fairly simple but satisfactory dinners and good breakfasts. This is not a luxury hotel but very good at this price and a relaxing stay

Nothing to dislike. Only drawback is distance from town, but we knew that. Secure underground parking

A confortable place to stay close to Saint-Jean-de-Luz

The staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us in every way despite Covid restrictions. We could not get a room with a sea-view but it's OK, we only stayed for 1 night.

Again, it's sad to see how some clients address the staff or leave the facilities. There is definitely a lack of education and respect. There should be a blacklist.

Good option for staying near St Jean de Luz

The friendly & competent staff, the swimming pool (with many chairs available), the view from the room (if you have one facing the ocean), the overall size and clean aspect of the room, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner (quite convenient).

Mostly location-related. The numerous camping sites near the hotel (too much noise, even compare to the city), the Erromardie beach which was disappointing (dangerous with many rocks, not suitable for family or surfing, go to Lafitenia or Biarritz by bus instead), the lack of lunch option at the hotel, and the distance from St Jean de Luz (35 min walking, or 12 min bus ride, but only one per hour).

Hotel Odalys

Excellent service and location. Large room with comfortable bed and good size balcony. Very accommodating and flexible stuff.

Room Interior is little bit chubby and can use some painting refreshment. Breakfast can have at least omelet added for this price.

Big room close to the sea

All was more than my expectation. Parking underground and direct to the reception and room. Room is bigger and nicer than the photo. Good view and big balcony. 5 minute walking to the beach, calm area. Dinner was quite small but not expensive. Did not use the pool as it was close for this period.

Had to ask for the daily bottle of water.

Great stay near St Jean de Luz

Great stay in St Jean de Luz. We wanted a hotel away from the city centre yet close (less than 7mn by car)

As it was Autumn the pool was closed despite being heated. Unfortunate but not dramatic.

A very relaxing and quiet stay, a half hour walk along the coast to St Jean de Luz

Very surprised at the quality of the main hotel building. The 12 sea and pool views are by far the best and very quiet. Just two hundred metres from the sea with three bars etc. The staff were truly exceptional and were incredibly helpful. Will definitely visit and stay again at this hotel.

For a 3 star hotel, this delivered very well.

The location was excellent, room size was excellent, staff were lovely and the pool and environs were well mantained and clean. The grounds were lovely for a walk. Underground parking particularly useful on hot days. Proximity to Erromardie beach was a great bonus and for the nights you liked to relax with a drink in Saint Jean the Luz, the bus stopped outside the door.

The breakfast at €11 per head was very poor value, we only used it once. For that price it lacked any kind of imagination and effort. Cheap fruit juices, dried and tinned fruit, mini croissants, cold hard boiled eggs, it was not at all interesting. For €11 the offer of at least an omelette would have been expected, as well as easy options like granola. Additionally the bar only opened at 7pm, so a drink or ice cream during the day was not possible. This may come down to the small size of the hotel, but it was an inconvenience. Address these little things and good could become excellent.
