Buen alojamiento

Está muy bien situado. Enfrente del centro y muy cerca del Metro. Además, Borough Market a 5 minutos. El hotel es correcto, habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La cama un poco pequeña y la TV no era satélite. El desayuno muy bien. Amplió de horario y muy completo.

Pues el personal (con excepciones) muy poco amable. En especial a nuestra llegada, las recepcionistas corrigiendo nuestro humilde inglés, sin hacerse entender ni el mínimo esfuerzo por entendernos. Entras de noche a recepción y ni buena noches. El último día, eso sí, para el Check Out, una recepcionista MAJISIMA y muy simpática. El personal de cafetería también muy amable.

Very good location for our purpose, it was clean and we slept well.

Room was very good. Breakfast was good.

Sink water did not run away very quickly in the bathroom. We didn’t have time to wait for it to clear.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the tube and other attractions.

The carpet was really gross in the room and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Good stay, great staff, clean room

The staff was amazing, always with a smile on their faces and accommodating all the needs. The cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, as the room was always spotless. It has a great location within 10 minutes walk to the underground. The area is quiet and with a lot of restaurants nearby. There are stores across the street should you need to buy anything. You can rent umbrellas at the location for a very small amount. Although they were reworking the façade, there was no dust or noise during morning or evening. Rooms, though small, have big and comfy beds. There is a sofa in the double room that when opened becomes a double bed.

There is a smell throughout the hotel, whose origin could not detect. The breakfast, while very tasty, has very limited diversity. There is a very small space for clothes, I did not even unpack as there were only shelves, not a closet per sé.

Top hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De ligging is ok en ook op de kamers is niks aan te merken. Full english breakfast was goed verzorgd. Wij komen terug!

Great location, superb free breakfast, friendly staff and wonderful rooms!

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 10 years - it never changes apart from the excellent upkeep of the property!

Fijne tijd!

De ligging van het hotel was ideaal. Wat minder druk, maar dicht bij de metro, treinen en bussen. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. Bedden heerlijk om na een lange dag op in slaap te vallen. Een fijne douche. Het ontbijt was goed en lekker.

The staff absolutely made my stay here. Property was not great. Staff was amazing.

The property was kind of old and the room was super small, but the staff was absolutely excellent. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, polite, and accommodating. During our week King stay they became friendly faces in a city of strangers. Also, the bed was VERY comfortable and bathroom was nice. It room became comfortable over the days.

Small rooms. Can hear neighbors.

Sijainti oli loistava. Huone oli puhdas ja toimiva, henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Aamiainen oli riittävä vaikka tuoreita vihanneksia olisi saanut olla enemmän (vain kurkkua oli tarjolla). Kolmantena aamuna monet tuotteet mm. ainoa juusto ja kurkku olivat loppu.

Parivuoteessa oli vain yksi tuplapeitto joka oli todella iso ja painava. Kun pyysimme toisen peiton oli sekin tuplapeitto ja koska sänky oli melko kapea tuli jo ahdasta nukkuessa. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla tallelokero ja minijääkaappi.

The location is excellent. Staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was quite limited and contained a lot of fat. There wasn't enough healthy food to start the day how it is supposed to start. The door of our room made a very eerie, sticky sound, which isn't really welcoming. The hallway had a weird smell to it.

Good location, nice staff, breakfast was chaos, way too busy.

Good location and staff friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy and was nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Room was clean and fair size.

Breakfast was so busy we couldn't find a seat on either morning. Way too many people in a space too small with not enough seats and tables. Food was tasty and average selection. Would be so much better of you let people choose timeslots to stagger breakfast as it was chaos.

Great stay and great family time

Front desk was very helpful from the moment we arrived and until we left.They got our rooms ready before the check in time.Breakfast was excellent and very clean.The location is the best.I can not emphasize it enough what a great location this is.We could walk everywhere and tons of bars and restaurants just around the hotel.

(if I have to be very picky)There was a weird smell in the rooms and the carpets seems to have some stains.

Superb

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and good breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the location (walking distance for me to Waterloo station). Would choose again.

The room was right by the elevator, so you hear guests coming and going. No street noise.
