Great location, friendly staff, good room and plenty of choice for breakfast.
Corridors a bit dour and the toilet separate to the bathroom was a bit like something I'd expect in a prison.
But these are tiny things for a wonderful time spent in Birmingham.

This hotel was generally good but really let themselves down with the cleaning and then not fixing the issue when we raised it
After we checked in, we realised that the bedsheets had a red sticky substance on it. The sheets had not been changed. We brought this to the attention of reception there and then who said they would bring up clean bedding but they never did. We got in late and ended up sleeping on top of the duvet that looked a bit cleaner

I booked and paid for 3 rooms, 412, 414 and the one I stayed in 416. I have already issued a survey but to remind you, light from the corridor passing through the perimeter of the room door/frame, plunger in the showroom basin faulty and worst of all a member of of the room cleaning staff entered my room as I was beginning to get dressed at just after 10.00am ... 2 hours before my departure time set by the hotel. I reported these issues to the desk management. All of the reception staff were excellent but concerned someone had access to my room 2 hours early!!

Excellent location in City centre. Parking available on site. Nice bar for the evening.
Nothing. All good.

Excellent accomodation. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice interiors. Right in the centre everything's on your doorstep. Super easy check in and out
Rooms definitely need AC. Room service menu and breakfast could do with variety. Very noisy but that's to be expected being in the city centre.

Bar, children’s area, breakfast.
Corina was on reception in evening and made my children’s night by sharing the bear hunt with them. Thankyou Carina! X
Very noisy at night, corridor doors slammed a lot.

Location was great. Travelled for work. Great places to eat around.
Hotel was definitely not 4. Very outdated building and outdated rooms - they need a major upgrade. Really dull/ very depressing interior inside the room and hallways. A few stains on bed sheets and sofa. Bathroom also needs an upgrade.

Perfect location to get to the Utilita Arena.
LOADS of bars and restaurants just a very short walk away. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was clean - zero complaints!

This hotel is in a great location and in walking distance of the arena. There were 3 of us in an executive room. The decor was nice, and the room was comfortable.
There were lots of options for breakfast.
The room layout was a little odd, with the toilet separate from the bathroom (I don't like having to touch lots of doors before washing my hands!)
I also felt that the bathroom and the doors opening next to the bed lacked a little privacy, which for a couple is probably fine, but for a family would have been an issue if we were there longer than one night.

Shower pressure was very poor

The hotel was very modern and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly with exceptional service in the dining room where the food was of a high standard. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries provided. There is a small car park under the hotel which was convenient.
Not many sockets in the room. The toilet was in a separate room which had advantages but that meant that if someone was in the bathroom you couldn’t wash your hands. Only 2 mugs and 2 sachets of sugar provided for 3 people although we did get another 2 from reception on request.

The room was big, had a king size bed and sofa in the room, separate bathroom and toilet, was modern, clean, tidy, was amazing stay, 5 minute walk to oozles street, this took u too the canal, with bars and restaurants, it is a beautifull area, have there own car park, the hotel is secure, felt safe.
There was nothing to dislike, its perfect.

Update the rooms!!!
2.0 / 10.0
The car park was too expensive and the hotel charged me twice and were exceptionally rude. Otherwise the reception is ok.
Pretty much everything has gone down since last year. The room was tatty and the breakfast was very poor. Cheap nasty ingredients and limited service. Sub travelodge level

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff very helpful.
Good size room
Says the rooms are soundproof. That's a lie. The traffic outside was dreadful. We could hear the couple next door having a domestic at silly hours of the morning.

The check in process was easy and the reception desk were very friendly. Also, all communications before arriving were managed very nicely by the team. There were a lot of flexibility offered with the options. The location is ideal as its in the heart of Birmingham, with many options nearby for entertainment.
The hotel rooms are very dated. The room furnishings are sparse but the biggest disappointment was the bathroom being separate from the toilet room - as a family this is difficult to manage. This was not mentioned in any of the hotel descriptions. Eventhough, the property is in central Birmingham the vicinity is popular with nightclubs, making it very loud and noisy during the early hours of the night.

Staff were very good and professional. We were checked in by Ionot, very friendly and approachable. Staff for the morning breakfast buffet were excellent and helpful.

Food was amazing and room very comfortable.
Directions on google maps for the parking directed me to behind the hotel when it’s located at the front of house. This needs to be clearer.

The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel was good. The hotel was clean and the rooms were good.
The pillows were quite thin and soft so I woke with quite a sore neck. The sofa bed was quite soft and worn.
7.0 / 10.0
Great location, a comfortable and spacious room. Cleanliness was spot on, staff were amazing, very helpful and understanding.
Parking was excessive, having driven from far I wouldn't be expecting to pay a pricey amount for parking my car given that I am already staying at the hotel and using public transport to move around the center. As a result, I ended up parking 15 mins away from the hotel to avoid the charges. Additionally, I was suggested that the room was not modern. Being in the center of the town, it would be great if the room is more modernised.
9.0 / 10.0
The locationi s perfect, its in the heart of city centre, we did not expect to find small fridge inside the room and that was made my wife's life easy as she found where she can stock her insuline
The fact that the Hotel did not have car parking and that made me spent some extra money for poking

Location to the Utilita Arena. 10 min taxi from train station. Reception was very modern with a small bar area.
The accomodation area looked tired compared to reception. Very basic. No usb port in the room. Tea hadnt been topped up, only had 1 sachet of peppermint tea. Cost of the room.

Clean and tidy
Broken window lock meaning we couldn’t close window and had lots of outside noise till 3am and service charge in restaurant is an absolute scam

Good location
Bathroom poor separate toilet to bathroom what’s that all about… chip in bath tap fell off. The bar staff had no clue how to make a cocktail. Your hotel does not match The Leonardo which far better facilities
7.0 / 10.0
Location was good, nice sized bedrooms, warm, black out curtains, nice tea and coffee station and comfy.
Lots of noise in the morning, rooms state they’re soundproof also windows don’t stay open, would be ideal if there was a latch to keep them open. Bathroom and toilet separate, the room were the toilet is was very small and had a strange continuous noise from the pipes/ walls.
9.0 / 10.0
Staff and food
Toilet small room not tiled . Should be in bathroom
