This property made our entire stay as memorable in Glasgow

Centrally located property, they upgraded us to paint house that was very very spacious. The staff working there especially a young lady was very responsive. Cleanliness was high, overall a super duper experience. The best place in Glasgow.

Lovely wee apartment

It was located quite close to the stations. The apartment was beautiful and very comfy.

The kitchen and lounge door would not open. We had to wait a couple of hours for a locksmith to fix it.

Improvements needed for such a nicely located big apartment

Good location and in a modern building of many services apartments. Overall safe environment. Clear instructions of check in. All facilities are fine and pretty spacious. Two toilets, one inside of the biggest room Easy check out by dropping the key.

The floor makes many sounds when walking on. The bed has wheels... So doors close automatically for fire safety but it causes a lot of inconvenience for bedroom doors to shut all the time. The kitchen oven microwave was greasy and some pots are still so dirty. No ventilator in the bathroom so it's steaming a lot.. The TV is a really old one, not a smart TV. Cannot watch any streaming channels like Netflix, and even the DVD player doesn't support blue ray DVDs...

Very nice apartment in the heart of Glasgow!

The apartment is pretty large and right in the center of the city. Very clean and nicely decorated. We had a parking right across the street with a very good price, due to a saver code we got from our hosts.

The living room/kitchen area could have used some fresh air. Probably someone cooked, quite a lot, and didn't open the windows. We did open both windows for a little while and things got better.

location was great, and the apartment was was big enough for the 3 guests, especially liked that they had a balcony and different areas that family could relax and cook in if they felt the need. very pleased with overall stay, would def return and recommend to family and friends.

Great central location and near to train station. Accommodation was easy to find, clean with access being easy.

Nothing wrong with properly but link for paying deposit needs some work as my first attempt didn’t go through and didn’t realise until we turned up at apartment and I feel that £250 is an awful lot for a deposit and the 10 day turn around to get your deposit back is too long which will make me seriously consider if I would use these apartments again.

Great location and room layout but poor design location of balcony above the bedroom door.

Location was ideal. The room layout was perfect with comfortable beds.

We stayed in room 1F1 as part of our anniversary celebration. The room itself was perfect with a large terrace area outside with access from both bedrooms. Unfortunately, directly above our bedroom door was a small balcony belonging to the room above us. Sadly the occupants of this room decided as it was a nice night to sit on this balcony smoking dope and cigarettes and talking very loudly from 2:30am until 3:30am when we were forced to go outside and tell them that we were trying to sleep. At 6:30am the occupants above decided it was time for another chat on the balcony, but thankfully only lasted 15 minutes. The balcony floor is slatted and anything dropped from above falls through the slats lands at the door of the bedroom. When we went out in the morning, there were cigarette butts, a tea spoon and an earing lying at the door. There are no staff available at reception through the night and you need to call a phone number to alert someone if you have an issue. We addressed the situation directly. 2 hours of sleep did not make for a pleasant stay. We loved the room and the hotel location, but the design of the upstairs room's balcony being directly outside our bedroom patio doors is a poor design and maybe a notice for guests in the room above to show more consideration to the guests below should be displayed.

The property was good, well equipped with required items. It was spacious and easy to reach from all train stations.

We did not get any bath towels for our stay, in-spite of requesting the reception. The kitchen sink door was broken and deposit information was not written on booking.com.

perfect location. very spacious.

the queen size bed was actually 2 single beds joined together. they split in the middle of the night while i was in my deep sleep.

the windows are a little thin letting in the street noise(with a club and bar just opposite). The sheets on the pull out couch had not been washed (there were black sequins and dirt on it still so instead our 4th just slept on the opposite couch with no pull out)

Very Impressed with the flat..looks like we may have been upgraded a little bit. We all loved it definitely use it again great location brilliant little bar next door..soulsa try it!!!
