Sehr preiswertes Hotel, für eine Nacht vollkommen OK.

Super nettes Personal, gutes WLAN, gute Betten, Supermarkt und Fastfoodketten gleich nebenan.

Im Flur hat es ganz doll nach Fisch oder so gestunken. Man musste echt die Luft anhalten, um da durch zu gehen.

£148 for one night with blocked drains and dirty toilet not happy

Had a shower and the base filled up had to unblock the drains myself so that the shower didnt over flow onto bathroom floor The toilet had skids still in where it hadn’t even been cleaned properly

Dobře zvolený hotel.

Jídlo nám chutnalo, večeře i snídaně, výborné točené pivo. Hotel má přilehlé parkoviště a je na okraji Oxfordu. V okolí jsou restaurace a obchod. Ocenili jsme hlavně skvělý a velmi příjemný personál. V hotelu byl klid a nic nám nechybělo.

All amenity is well.

The hotel is in the service area so have to share parking space with other service area guest. A lot of people going around the car park.

Quick overnight stay on travels.

Location was good. Plenty off parking being on a motorway services but we did arrive at 10pm. I would imagine it being difficult to park at certain times. Staff were very helpful. Price was reasonable.

Even though the hotel was clean, there was a damp smell in the corridors which spread to our room. We were only staying over one night so this was ok but I think it needs to be looked at for future guests.

expensive for what you get, but pleasant and safe enough

helpful when asked for key to gym facilities pretty good location for access to Oxford city centre

it's not that the rooms are not clean per se, it's just more that they are tired and could use a refresh - especially the bathrooms it's a great jumping off point to Oxford, but does not warrant the Oxford-inflated prices

Cramped room. Majority of the premises smelled like drugs. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty

Absolutely nothing!

The first room was completely smoke filled. We had to move because someone at our party has asthma. The location was awful unless you had a vehicle, which was not stated anywhere. Catching a bus was dangerous as there was no cross walk, you have to cross a busy highway to get to the stop to go into town. The rugs in the hallways were disgusting. Garbage was left on tables on the common area. Not worth what we paid. Very disappointing.

Location good for my reasons for the trip.

Bathroom tile grouting dirty and spots of mould on some . Toilet not cleaned properly .

The convenience of the location

The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't overly clean, lots of stains on carpets. Ripped bedsheets and the corridors stank of cigarette smoke

Central Location Good

Hotel was VERY DIRTY. Our room was disgusting. Hotel also had a strong odour of curry/body odour. Breakfast extremely limited for £10pp per day. All in all premier inn SO MUCH BETTER.
