Falls below the standard of other hotels on the area.

Convenient location on edge of town

Very shabby exterior. Selected for EV charging. The EV points location made it difficult to charge via the EVC service which doesn’t work with mobile data, requires hotel wi-fi which is out of range. Bistro food below average.

Lovely

Lovely view from our balcony of the golf course from the third floor, friendly staff.

The front of the hotel does look like it needs some tlc, the conference suite looked a bit derelict, but maybe this has nothing to do with the hotel.

A lovely comfortable stay with great views

The hotel has a modern interior, great, clean comfortable room. I chose a room with a balcony which had beautiful views over the golfing green. I didn't have time for breakfast as I was due on a training course nearby.

The exterior of the hotel does look like an office building but it didn't bother me at all, just maybe a little harder to find if you don't know what to look for.

A great stay and one that I will happily repeat in the future.

As I booked my stay a good month or so ahead, I was able to make a couple of requests ahead of time. The response to my questions and queries was very prompt and I knew the answers to my questions and requests well ahead which was very helpful, a big plus for this. On arrival checking in was very quick and efficient, the reception staff were brilliant and very helpful. I can't fault this process, part of the reason I chose to stay at this hotel. The room actually exceeded my expectations and was a great size, with a great view, very clean and tidy and most importantly of course the bed was nice and comfortable.

One of my short list “go to” hotels for when staying for work in the area.

Don’t let the of it’s time ‘70s architectural monstrosity external looks put you off when doing your hotel search. This is a good hotel, in a great location with decent sized well kitted out rooms and a pleasant view out over the golf course next door. The restaurant food was excellent and good value for money. Have stayed here before and will happily return again.

Starting to look a bit tired and perhaps slightly shabby in places - could do with a bit of a refurb and freshen up. Otherwise, all good.

Not too bad but could be more cleaner and checked after the cleaners have done it

The inside was so much better then the out so I was hopeful and the staff were really friendly

So we got in late as I had work and got into bed and there was little bit of blood on the sheets, as it was 2am we didn’t know what to do, there was hairs on pillow and in the bath there was also hairs, it just made everything uncomfortable x

Overall good

The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. The checking process was excellent, much of this by agreement during the booking process. The communication with the hotel I find to be very good and the room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for us.

An unknown noise which kept my partner awake for most of the night. It sounded like a generator or something similar and there was also a vibration as a result, I noticed this myself around 4 or 5am. This is the only issue I had on this particular visit. This is not something I've noted on prior stays.

Never again

Clean and modern rooms and a pleasant stay.

On checking out I asked for my invoice as this was a business trip but i was told they were unable to print the correct invoice as there was problems with the system. I was told this would be corrected and I would be sent the invoice later that day. The invoice never arrived. Now I am left with no receipt to submit due to useless lazy staff who lie to your face. I will never use this hotel again!

Great staff, lovely room, excellent breakfast.

The room was really pleasant, with a fabulous view over the golf course. (Not what I was expecting because the hotel looks nothing from the front.)

The front of the hotel is rather off-putting and does not reflect the quality of the rooms and the excellent customer service. They would do well to invest in a facelift.

friendly staff

uncomfortable bed - paid extra to have a super king bed, was 2 beds pushed together with only a thin sheet over so very uncomfortable. old food on the floor at the side of the bed upon arrival. tv didn’t work. multiple hairs in the bath.

Comfortable and had all I needed for my stay.

A good size room and good facilities. This is my hotel of choice for my business trips. It has all I need for a restful night after a long day and local to my location of business. Clean room and environment.

Although a little dated the room was clean and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

The food was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The property was very dated and my shower head kept slipping down so was slightly irritating. The reception staff were obviously very busy and not quite as welcoming as I would have liked.
