I would certainly recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Lovely, newly renovated hotel in the heart of Toulouse. Walkable to the sights of the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Pleasant front desk and breakfast room staff was welcoming. It was truly a memorable stay.

The Les Capitouls Hotel was a pleasant surprise during my stay in Toulouse. Conveniently located, the room decor is cosy

Conveniently located in the city center, I loved the decor and the size of the rooms, but the real highlight of my stay was the staff which was super helpful and kind. I would like to thank Pape for the effort he put in making my stay the most enjoyable experience, you really made a difference with your kind and professional service!

There were a few technical issues (electrical outlet didn’t work in the bathroom and the chrome cast app didn’t as well) but the staff upgraded me to another room and made my stay as enjoyable as they could!

Avoid this hotel - probably the worst option in Toulouse. Don’t trust the 3D generated pictures.

Nothing - during the night there are people in tents camping outside the hotel.

Untrained and rude staff. They closed the door at midnight and I was left outside for almost an hour waiting for someone to open - totally unacceptable and only excuses provided. Room smell damp and air conditioning unit leaking water. For 250 euro a night its a total rip-off.

Single room is completely unacceptable (WC in the same space of the bed, without door)

Common spaces are very nice. Personnel gentle and happy. Furniture and styling are cool. Good breakfast.

My room has the WC in an open area close to the bed, without door. I asked the reception and they said it’s “normal” since it was a single room. I never saw such a thing in a 4 star hotel (actually neither in a 1 star). To me, this is completely unacceptable and not hygienic. Furthermore there was no wardrobe; just some hangs.

One night in Toulouse

Location, close to both the old town and the main railway station. The view from the room, with the old town in the distance. The size of the room, bigger than I thought it would be, and it was very cool (even with the air con off).

While a grand building, the hotel is a bit dated, with sections looking like they are stuck in the 1980’s… The life was small for a hotel this size… The bathroom could do with modernising, and the room had pealing wallpaper and a missing picture from the wall… but the haggling strips where where pain to see. and while not the Hotels fault, the large group of homeless people outside the main entrance was a little intimidating.

Decor particularly the bathroom is in serious need of updating (avocado bath very 80s and very worn ). Room sizes varied ours was bigger than my sisters. No fridge in our room

Nice hotel at convenient location in city center with very friendly staff!

Very great location in city center within walking distance to all the major sites/activities in Toulouse. Very friendly staff who were very helpful and made you feel at home. The bathroom included a bath, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning worked well!

The rooms are a bit outdated (could use new curtains for example since the old ones are ripped).

Little gem in the centre of town

Excellent location in the centre of town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was basic but plentiful and the dining area was very clean. We had a room with a view of the busy street which was lovely. The air-con was very much appreciated as they weather was so hot. The bathroom was a decent size with plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. We would stay here again & would highly recommend

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and found air conditioner very pleasant after long walks around sunny Toulouse during heath wave. The hotel is in a walking distance from the train station, city centre and all major attractions.

The breakfast was very basic, occasional smell of drain.

Pleasant stay in older style hotel, easy walk from station & into main square

Location, nice staff, good sized room

Need barrier to stairs going down from rooms as it was a bit dangerous - you had to almost step across the open stairwell to access the corridor to our rooms
