Lovely family break

Staff very friendly and helpful Food was good

The pool and thermal suite area was very dated with lots of mould around the tiles and it was very cold on the changing rooms for the babies.

Basic, good value and kind staff

Staff were very nice in all departments, from check-in, spa, restaurant, room servicing and the kids club - every single person we interacted with was lovely. The food at lunch and dinner was good quality and good value. The kids really enjoyed the kids club and the pool.

The pool is very small and the local users of the spa (often elderly people coming in for their own exercise in the pool) appeared permanently annoyed by the presence of hotel guests with children - that created a bit of an atmosphere (not relating to my children but was noted in relation to others). The hotel is a little tired and run-down in certain areas, with some distinctive smells in the rooms and hallways.

This is clearly a well-run and managed business. Stay was very enjoyable.

Lovely staff in general and the text pre-checkout is great customer service.

Génial! Super beau! 10/10

Nous étions logés dans la suite présidentielle, c'était génial! Ils ont tout préparé pour que notre arrivée soit extra - spéciale! Très propre, grands espaces, pleins de petites attentions.... incroyable! Le jacuzzi du Spa est vraiment chaud, c'est parfait Les jardins sont superbes, et la ferme très belle Le repas était délicieux! Le personnel était extraordinaire!

Le lendemain matin nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude à cause de travaux, la personne à l'accueil nous avait annoncé que cela prendrait 15 minutes et après 1h30 d'attente nous avons abandonné l'idée de l'eau chaude. Pas très grave, juste un peu dommage.

It served our purpose ideally. Friendly staff and comfy room.

There are 3 things that are important 1. nice room , clean and spacious . This was 2. Nice clean comfy bed. This was 3. Breakfast . (see below) The staff were so nice.

I did not like the Breakfast. It was a buffet which I don't like anyway mainly for the reasons below. The hot food was not really very good. The sausages were very pale, I like them nice and brown. The scrambled eggs I couldn't eat. The cooked tomatoes were v. good. The toaster was only browning the toast properly on one side. So breakfast 3/10. Not worth the money. The staff were really nice and courteous which makes up for a lot.

Coffee machines at breakfast v poor. 45 minute wait for meal in bar. Room toilet splashed out as you flushed :-( Shower shampoo / body wash dispensers ineffective and awkward to use. Door access cards needed refreshed over a 3 day stay.

Lovely rooms , the best spa

Huge rooms huge bed, pet farm, the jacuzzi outside is unreal, we had the pool to ourselves at night, bus stop right outside it to go back into the city

Very rude receptionist only charged us deposit and no one else because we were young

Comfortable place with nice surroundings

We got a room upgrade so we stayed a business premium room. It was a spacious, comfortable room. We got everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty to choose from. Free parking and nice surroundings.

The bathroom could use a renovation or modernization.

First time in Limerick

Nice and spacious hotel and room, staff were friendly and we were given a free upgrade. We had a rental car so great location for us it meant we didn't have to drive right into the city.

Exceptional

Very friendly personnel, our room was upgraded, the bed is very comfy, the room was big and the geographical situation was just perfect. The spa is very nice. The only thing to improve would be to renew some equipment in the room, especially in the bathroom but this is not an issue, because the rest was just perfect !

Will return but might skip dinner next time!

The hotel is so nice and modern. We loved it and will definitely return. Dining area was spacious. Breakfast and lunch were to die for! Pool area & thermal suites were lovely. loved the hot tub outside! We hadn’t planned on visiting the city centre so the location didn’t bother us. The room was great and had everything that we needed for our stay. The staff were very helpful. The bar was nice too. plenty of parking.

There was very loud shouting on the corridor outside our room at 4.30 in the morning. The dinner in the restaurant was only mediocre. Not overly hot.
