room spacious and comfortable - bed comfortable - access to floors via lift - ramps in place for steps within hotel and side entrance - staff friendly and efficient - location good
waiting to check in due to issue with other customer at desk - ramped side door closed access only through main entrance with no ramps and heavily sprung doors - car park fees weren't advertised when booking - water pressure in bathroom extremely low - no drawers in bedroom only shelves

It’s clean good atmosphere and the decor is very nice. Room was extremely comfortable.
Very minor gripe just not used to paying high bar prices

Central location, ideal for Tim Rice evening at corn Exchange.
Pleasant staff.
Excellent breakfast, well presented, and good service
Twin room booked but on arrival small double only. Unable to change as hotel full.
Room 300 not really fit for purpose, just behind the lift , very, very noisy all night.
King’s Lynn marathon being run from outside hotel , therefore parking difficult, a quick email would have helped

The breakfast was poor, I think the food had been standing around for some time
Our room was OK but a bit worn out

The hotel is beautiful!!
Really close to everything you need and a short distance away from the train station so was perfect!
Nice and easy to navigate around the hotel, so many places to go in the hotel aswell. The comfiest bed, we really didn’t want to leave.
Lovely friendly staff.

It was clean and the towels were quite thick
Did not have brakefast, bedroom furniture was chipped knocked and had seen better day, the shower was not that hot or fast running, Plus the carpark for the hotel you had to pay for £25 for 2 nights

Staff on reception and Lobby bar were great extremely helpful and professional whilst being friendly as well
Odd noise in background in room -- like a pump or something ?

Breakfast was passable. Sausages were overdone and there was white salty scum on the bacon.
We stayed 2 nights. Our room and our friends rooms were not cleaned and serviced on the second day. When I complained I was told curtly I should have asked. As I am not psychic I would expect to be told that in checking in.

Bedroom carpet very old ,curtains stained and torn

Very friendly staff gave such a warm welcome and really is a beautiful hotel very nicely decorated and furnished. Good sized clean shower room. Exceptionally clean throughout the whole hotel, took my son and staff interaction with children was 5 star.
LOUD music playing from 7.30 til gone 11pm, vibrating the room and disturbed all peace, even with tv loud to TRY blocking it out. Def no sleep had due to noise level of event downstairs. Been nice had they informed me when i spoke to them on rebooking our room prior.
The bed room was tiny, could only get to one side of the bed, the ONE seat in the room you could just pull out and it was touching the bed.
Asked reception for room service, asked NO cheese, after waiting 45 minutes delivered to room with cheese in the burger. LACK of sleep was mentioned to the receptionist, just to be told oh it didn't go on too late. I replied from 7.30 til gone 11 the volume was so loud couldn't sleep and merely dismissed comment as attempt of an apology. Also the view was horrid from our room.

Very good breakfast.
Problems with parking. Hotel parking was full when we came and the paid parking proved to be totally packed in the morning when we needed to leave. Major problems with getting out as the cars parked all around.
Just to let the other guests know: On the top of paying for the rooms at the arrival, the money equal to the price for the rooms was blocked and remained blocked by the hotel until the first day of the next month, though not being told in advance that it would happen. In our case, full amount was released 10 days after our departure. As we were 5 people in 3 rooms paying separately, each of us was affected.

Huge, beautiful and smart hotel on one of (King’s) Lynn’s market squares. Very central for shops, pubs and restaurants. Reception was easy enough. There are beautiful lounges, a restaurant and a very nice bar. My room was warm and clean with desk and chair, one bedside cabinet and tea and coffee making facilities. No wardrobe, but, coat hangers and ironing board and iron. The en suite shower room was bright and clean with good sized walk in shower cubicle. Good toiletries and big fluffy white towels. A good price on the night and I would stay again.
The room wasn’t big enough to have a double bed and two bedside cabinets with the bed up against the wall to the left. The carpet was ripped and threadbare in places and needs replacing. The shower didn’t drain fast enough and there was a danger of flooding. My biggest ‘bugbear’ was the big bright round light in the entrance ‘ lobby’ which couldn’t be turned off without turning off the ‘sexy’ subtle small spotlights over the bed and the tea/coffee station; a design fault. Parking for the night is £10. Breakfast is discounted to £12+; there’s a Wetherspoons 50yrds away! The lights are keycard operated; when you pull out the card the lights go off; instantly. The corridor lights are motion sensored; when you come out of your dark room it’s dark; until you move and set them off!

Location perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, attentive, and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Literally every staff member from the moment we entered, to the housekeepers. Well done to everyone for making this a nice environment
The lighting in the room was very poor. Trying to do makeup with no real light, or trying to work on a laptop was near impossible. It just wasn’t good enough. It would be the only thing that would make me consider not rebooking

Excellent location, lovely historic building, good facilities, excellent breakfast.

Good Public spaces and seating/fittings
Charges for full breakfasts we did not have, my fault I should have checked the bill more carefully.
4.1
fantastic stay in local hotel - beautifully decorated and staff were amazing - a perfect place to stay
our room was right next to the lift so could hear that going up and down all evening - would def request a room away from the lift next time
4.1
beautiful historic building, very well kept
no assistance to rooms or information about food or drink in premises and no water for washing or flushing the toilet, eventually got hot water trickling through sink tap which then had to use to fill kettle to flush the toilet and the rooms were so hot had to open the windows when snow outside
4.1
Smart hotel with excellent service. Dining room was very good. Perfect location at Centre of town. Convenient parking,
Room was slightly small although comfortable and clean. Slight walk from car park to reception. Would have been easier with rear access to hotel.

Location.
Unfortunately came up for the Sandringham country fair. But it was cancelled for the obvious reason.
