Ok but main shortcoming is inconsistent standard of decor in the hotel.

Amazing old building, some beautiful bits. Helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast in a very elegant old dining room. Conveniently located in town centre with a very spacious room.

Staircase and corridors were very dated - borderline shabby. Bathroom was a bit below expectations - shower head was ok for anyone under 5 foot but not over. Lift very cramped and old.

Personnel très gentil et disponible Propre Très bien situé

Très mal isolé au niveau sonore… on entend les voisins de chambre discuter, ronfler… beaucoup de portes qui claquent et grincent très tôt le matin (dès 7h pour nous)

Great location in the centre of Morlaix

The location in the centre of the old town. Fun free billiard table. The staff were friendly and helped us to store our bikes safely.

Very easy place to stay in for a few days. Safe and central for a woman travelling alone.

Fantastic location and lovely big room, filled with light from huge windows. People very nice too.

Bathroom was a little awkward with nowhere to hang towels and toilet up a big step. Also it would be nice to have a real cup for the tea, not a paper one.

Shabby Hotel.

Nothing to be honest.

The hotel smelled old and musty, the carpets were badly stained. The bedside tables were cheap, rickety and unstable.The basin plug was disgusting. The pillows had no protectors and were badly stained. We had cardboard cups for tea and coffee which weren't replaced on the second day. The WiFi was a complete joke. The pendant shade was full of dead flies and the extractor fan in the bathroom was also filthy. Breakfast was all open with people coughing into their hands and then using all the utensils; we left without bothering to eat. This hotel is supposed to have been upgraded but all we could see was it had new room doors and cheapest possible sanitary fittings. It is basically a 1 star Hotel and that is being generous to say the least!

Historic setting in the middle of town and yet not at all noisy. Pleasant stay.

Parking difficult. Ample public parking but super ample presence of tourists also so very difficult to find an available parking space.

Beautiful location

Breakfast was lovely and the location is fabulous. The silence around the place. The trees are amazing.

There was nobody there to greet us when we arrived (I think it might have been a bank holiday but I'm not sure) so we had no personal point of contact. We just had our name on a piece of paper stuck up on the reception door with our room number on it!!! Also, on the walk down around the property on a grassy path to get down to the lower bedrooms, there is a steel rod sticking out of the ground, which looks like a branch, until you fall over it like I did and cut legs and hands in the fall. This should be removed!

good for a quick stop over for 1 night

charged extra €15 for 3rd child to stay after I had already booked and paid for the room for 5 people via booking.com and confirmation included 2 adults and 3 children. stayed on 3rd floor was hot and stuffy but room was clean and tidy

We had a lovely overnight stay before getting the ferry from Roscoff.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious family suite.

No on site parking, however there was free parking in the town 100 yards away.

Boutique gem

Beautiful gem of a boutique hotel in heart of Morlaix. Room was clean and spacious with a large window that opened to allow fresh air the cool the room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, even when arriving very late. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with good coffee in a lovely sunny room.

Be aware that lift only goes to third floor, my room was on the fourth. Was able to store my large, heavy luggage overnight which made the short climb more than manageable.
