Une bonne première expérience dans un holiday inn

Le confort de la chambre, la propreté, le buffet du petit déjeuner, l’amabilité du personnel, la localisation

Il n’y a pas de parking attitré à l’hôtel et c’est dommage. Chambre un peu bruyante (circulation et bruits de couloirs)

The stay at the holiday inn was brilliant, staff were really professional.

The staff where really helpful, as id never been to Scotland before so I asked for directions, it was a really nice hotel room, very clean, and the bed was very comfy, a lovely window view of the centre, which was nice to wake up to. Had a hair dryer for my mrs, because she forgot it so that was a god send, and most definitely be back in the future

The only thing that I picked up on regarding the things thats I didn't like there wasn't enough coffee and tea and milk, as me and my mrs loves a good brew, and the fact that the cleaners had come into the room to clean the room but knocked, some sauce that I had from a McDonalds that was in the bag for the bin and had been knocked on to my bag, which then got all my clothes covered in sauce but other than that I cant complain.

Great stay for 1 night

The room was very clean. The check-in was smooth and quick.

Mattress was not comfortable. That was okay for just one night, but it would be a problem for a longer stay.

Easy to find, lovely rooms, nice hotel and great staff

There was a buzzing in our room all night, possibly a transformer in the room. Very irritating. The breakfast orange juice had been watered down so much it was practically orange water

Good place to stay for a night out in Glasgow City centre

Comfortable, clean, warm, very good friendly service, good bar, excellent location, room in very good condition

the room was a bit small and the 2x single beds were totally pushed together with no space in between

Bits of hotel were looking shabby ie. tables in bar wobbly, paintwork in places needing repainted (one of the toilet doors looked like it had been attacked by a bear). Manners of some of the staff were pleasant, others down right rude. We stood awaiting a table and 3 members of staff came to desk and ignored us.

Average hotel in good positon in Central Glasgow.

Good attention from reception staff. Prompt check in. Clean and efficient hotel. Generally good facilities. Good position in Central Glasgow. Reasonably comfortable room. Room had a bathtub. Parking at nearby car park at a reasonable price.

The en-suite bathroom was very small, and not very well laid out. No face flannels or bars of soap were provided. Only flimsy plastic mugs were provided, rather than proper drinking glasses. Drinks from the bar were very expensive. Overall value of accommodation was average.

A good city centre hotel in Glasgow.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a standard Holiday Inn room, which was comfortable, clean with all the normal amenities. The en-suite bathroom had a bathtub with shower over as requested. Heating was adequate on a cold December night. Parking is available at a NCP car park opposite, and Holiday Inn validate your parking ticket so that you pay £8 per night, which is reasonable for a city centre car park.

As the heating is done via the air conditioning unit, there is a noise when the heating is on. It is a pity that a flannel is not provided in the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room, as you would find in Holiday Inn hotels in most other countries in the world. I did not eat at the hotel, and so cannot comment on their dinner or breakfast n this occasion.

We would defiantly come again.

It was centrally located to a lot of sights. a block from the bas station and you could caatch the hop on hop off right outside the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic 👏.

The hotel was beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were lovely it was our honeymoon. A young man named Paul who was on the front desk couldn't do enough to make our stay special.

A very comfortable stay in a well situated hotel and provided value for money.

We loved our room. We selected a superior double/queen which was nice and spacious. Actually our room was the biggest and best value for money in our entire two week stay in IRE/Scotland. The staff in reception and in the dining room were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything we needed to know for lunch and breakfast. It was great to be able to park over the road in the public car park with a reduced rate supplied by the hotel.

I never like showers over baths but it seems to be the way it is. Also, I have noticed in all our travels that shower caps, body lotion and facial cotton pads are never supplied in many hotels anymore, nor are face washers. A bit annoying if you’re not prepared,
