Gute Lage. Appartements leider old school

Lage. Wellness. Parkplatz. Großzügig

Die Appartement Einrichtung und Möbel sind furchtbar lieblos und altmodisch. Nackte Wände, Plastik Pflanzen, abgewetztes Sofa & Teppich, Mini tv.. Gut für ein Trainingslager aber nicht um sich wohl zu fühlen 👎👎

Es gibt angenehmeres im gleichen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft beziehungsweise das Gebäude an einer interessanten Lage. wer gerne an der Hauptstraße im Kreuzungsbereich wohnt, findet hier gefallen daran. Das Allerschönste an dieser Unterkunft ist in der Tat der Wellnessbereich. Er ist sauber und mit Atmosphäre eingerichtet. Dies kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Drei Saunen sind absolut ausreichend.

Ich kann nur das Apartment Nummer eins bewerten, in welchem wir gewohnt haben. Dies ist im Souterrain mit Terrasse eher Richtung Hauptstraße orientiert. Im Winter kein Problem, da die Türen zu sind, vermutlich im Sommer etwas lauter. Allerdings aufgrund der Lage dieses Apartments hatten wir lediglich ein bis anderthalb Stunden Sonne innerhalb der Wohnung. Somit ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel. Die Beleuchtung dieses Apartments ist sehr spärlich und die Leuchtmittel erinnern eher an Notbeleuchtung. Dies hatten wir auch bei der Rezeption reklamiert. Uns wurde allerdings erklärt, dass dies so gewollt sei. Das Besteck ist zusammen, gewürfelt aber vor vorhanden. In der Küche fehlt so manches. Eine Schere gibt es wohl grundsätzlich nicht. Dies wurde auch an der Rezeption verneint. Die Wohnung an für sich ist zwar sauber, aber sehr schlicht und spartanisch eingerichtet. Dafür, dass hier vier Menschen wohnen können, gibt es allerdings auch nur eine Couch Für zwei Personen. Ein weiterer Sessel oder eine Eckcouch wäre hier hilfreich. Wenn diese dann auch noch in Ordnung wäre und ich runter gesessen, wäre die Welt schon viel freundlicher. Zu meiner Überraschung habe ich drei Wochen vor Antritt der Reise eine E-Mail bekommen, dass unser Haustier 20 € pro Nacht kostet die Buchung, hatten wir aber bereits vor Monaten vorgenommen 20 € für ein Haustier ist wirklich unverschämt In unserem Falle handelt es sich um einen Hund für Allergiker mit einem Gewicht von fünf Kilo. Andere Rezeption wurde mir diesbezüglich gesagt, ich hätte mich ja auch nach Erhalt der E-Mail noch mal schlau machen können oder bei der Buchung vorher auf die Webseite des Anbieters gehen können. Und wenn mir das nicht passt, hätte ich ja auch noch stornieren können. Drei Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt? Nun ja, zum Glück ist Seefeld schön. Das Apartment wird uns nicht mehr wieder sehen.

Nice resort town. Great sauna

The water heater was vibrating all night making a loud noise and vibrating the whole apartment. It kept me awake most of the night. It wasn’t until the morning that we worked out that it was the water heater. Also the non stick frying pans and pots need to be replaced as they have been scratched and are a health hazard.

We got it dirty second bed is so not comfortable, that makes it almost impossible to sleep. no cups for tea only tiny cups for espresso No frieze

It was OK for one night. We were there outside the ski season. I cannot say it was exceptional.

The apartment was very clean! There was a baby cot available and prepared upon arrival.

Spa facilities were only open between 16 and 21h which we didnt know in advance. A little coffee or some tea would have been nice. There was a bathtub shown on the pictures, but we got a shower. Information regarding parking facilities were not clear prior arrival. We had to call twice for this.

perfect location, in the Centre near the shops with great wellness

perfect location, good rooms with all necessary beds and kitchen items available, balcony with view, enough space, wellness was great! beautiful wellness area with sauna infra red, steam room.

the bed couch was a bit small for us but we’re very tall.

Very comfortable apartment with stocked kitchen. Bathtub, shower and the heated towel racks are wonderful.

Would have liked more views from apartment, most others have a bigger view.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

The one room apartment is spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Lift is a big plus.

We felt a little hot in the apartment during our stay, it was a sunny day.

Exceptional

Very spacious, excellent value. Well furnished kitchen, good bathroom, incredibly sized terrace. Property manager was very accommodating with a room switch request as we booked a shower room but realized we would like a bathtub last minute. No problem, everything was arranged. Quiet at night, comfortable temperature adjustments.

We stayed a couple of nights here and explored Seefeld. This place is better than in pictures, would definitely recommend to stay.

5 minute walk to the centre of Seefeld and another 5 mins to walk to the lake for a swim.

Overall a very nice apartment with an amazing L-shaped balcony meaning we got the sun at any time of day.

A very small kitchen area with not a lot of space but it was adequate for our needs.

Quiet, central location close to Nordic skiing area. Would recommend

Clean, well-appointed spacious apartment. Saunas and Wellness area were very nice. Staff were friendly and informative. A very relaxed stay.

When used as a settee, the sofa bed seat cushions moved forwards making it less comfortable. In common with many Austrian properties, the lighting was dim. Take a head torch if you are over a certain age and want to read fine print! The fitness area is limited in size and equipment.
