Décevant par rapport au prix exigé et des prestations , TV limitée, prix pas du tout en fonction du logement ( apparte

Essentiellement L’emplacement par rapport au centre Thermal QE HEALTH

Le manque de fonctionnalité de l’appartement , manque de rangement , des placards penderie et étagères pour rangement du linge …durant 3 semaines le linge est resté dans les valises …manque d’ustensiles de cuisine , mobilier sommaire ,Bac douche glissant , SDB étroite dans le 12 , le lavabo m’arrivait à mi cuisse ( lavabo pour nains) nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour les douches , dû à une conduite d’eau de la ville cassée , durant 15 jours . Je comprends que l’Ambassador n’était pas responsable du problème d’eau , mais cela venait aggraver notre insatisfaction …changer de motel était difficile nous avions choisi ce Motel justement parce tout près du centre thermal , nous n’avions pas de voiture .

Very pleasant place to stay and very quiet.

Everything. Very central, clean, pleasant staff. Very comfortable and accommodating. There was a place to park my car for a whole week.

Oh just a few lights didn't work but did report to the office about that.

Great location close to waterfront and Eat Street. Free parking in the street and easy to get in and out for day trips

Heavy sulphur smell due to the proximity of the thermal springs.

Highly recommended. Well worth it.

Clean. Awesome staff let us in early. First motel I’ve been to that topped up coffee and sugar. Shower awesome and hot. Bed comfortable as. Warm room, no need for extra blanket. Free parking right outside.

very enjoyable for a short visit, location and food options nearby were plentiful.

The location was close to the Intercity bus depot, a short walk from the Lake, and lots of eateries.

we were given (complementary) milk on arrival that had a used by of that day. the fridge in the room died whilst we were there too. the pool/spa facilities look derelict.

Very pleased and happy to book here again.

The cleanliness of the place was imaculate, very impressed, love the spa and the shower.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Good value and close to everything

Close to town

Everything was fine. The only issue was the shower is relatively short for someone thats 5”4’ like me & I need to bend down to wash my hair. Can be a bit annoying for someones taller than that…i think.

Beautiful comfortable apartment.

Central to the town centre. Easy access to our apartment. Comfortable and warm. Loved the apartment with all facilities. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Owner was very friendly

The shower was a bit challenging with the water pressure but we worked it out. Nice hot water for a.long shower.

Location was good, not far from my destination, Energy Events Centre. Room to move around.

Spa pool not big enough to accommodate other guests. Water temperature not that hot.

Stayed for two nights. Good clean accommodation in a good location. Would be happy to stay again.

The venue location was perfect for the event we attended. Also due to cancelled flights we arrived very late and they were happy to keep a staff member on site for an extra couple of hours to make sure we could check in ok. Nothing was an issue and they were happy to help. Very friendly and accommodating.

Generally it was good. Could have benefitted from air conditioning but otherwise it was good.

Lovely central location but dirty

The central location is great. Also lovely to have a heated pool and spa pool.

Sadly, the property was dirty. We have stayed here before Covid a couple of times and everything appeared clean. Not this time! I counted 7 spiders in our bedroom. The tops of skirting boards were thick with dust. The pool areas didn't seem to have been cleaned etc. Sad really.

Perfect location spot for a weekend

The motel was in a perfect from everything from Cafes to restaurants and right near the lake front and rotorua museum in a nice and quiet location in the city of rotorua. There were a pool and spa there but didn't use them as my partner and I were out most of the time of our stay. The guy who was at the desk was great friendly person.

Not much to say really everything was amazing.

Good value Accomadation I’m great location.

Well equipped room, just all a bit dated - Butlins. Room was clean and whilst dated amenities were good with good shower, fridge, tv and bed was comfy enough. location was very good for town centre and its endless restaurants.

Great Affordable CBD accommodation

Based in the city literally 3mins walk to eat street to dine.

What we didnt like was that we didnt stay longer, however will book for future stays.
