Nie wieder solch ein Hotel.

Das es ein Schwimmbad gab.

Die gesamte Anlage hat einen Renovierungsstau. Das Hotel ist vermutlich in den 70igern eröffnet worden. Das Zimmer hatte einen zusätzlichen Klappsessel, der durchgelegen war. Die Möbel waren abgegriffen. Das schlimmste war das Bad. Die Heizung lief auf volle Leistung, ließ sich aber nicht ausstellen. Es waren allerdings 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Fliesen waren gerissen, die Dusche hatte an allen Enden Schimmelflecken, die Duschwanne hatte diverse Kalkablagen usw. Selbst im Schwimmbad waren ähnliche Zustände.

Für 2 Übernachtungen außerhalb der Saison, war es dur das Upgrade sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war gut. Der Hotelmanager, sehr zuvorkommend nach einer Beschwerde das das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben nicht vernünftig gereinigt wurde, haben wir kostenlos ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite bekommen. Ohne Diskussionen. Das fanden wir sehr nett.

Die Freundlichkeit/Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals, wahr leider nur begriedigend bis ausreichend, um es in Schulnoten zu bewerten. Sahen alle etwas lustlos aus.

Eher enttäuschend....leider!

Der Flurbereich und das Zimmer haben extrem nach Abfluss gerochen, ganz schlimm das Badezimmer. Sauber war es auch nicht gerade. Im "ruhigen" Spa Bereich(Schwimmbad) war es gefühlt wie im Freizeitbad, eine "Arschbombe" nach der anderen (Jugendliche). Erholung und Entspannung stelle ich mir anders vor. Es gab auch kein Personal,dem man mal hätte Bescheid geben können, also sind wir auf's Zimmer gegangen. Wir fanden es sehr schade. Der Hauptgrund des Kurzurlaubes war es zum entspannen in dieses Hotel zu fahren. Dazu besteht das Hotel aus mehreren Häusern, diese waren unterirdisch verbunden, was natürlich sehr praktisch ist, aber die Beschilderung im ganzen Hotel war eher schlecht. Die Kritik an der Rezeption wurde einfach mal so hingenommen, keine Entschuldigung o.ä. :-( Schade!

Schlecht.

Wellness-Wochenende - Hier Fehlanzeige. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich glich einem Kinder-Freizeit-Spaßbad. Es war gerade am Nachmittag unheimlich laut. Es war so ein Geschreie, dass man selbst in der weiter hinten liegenden Sauna nicht entspannen konnte. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal - Mit welchem die Kommunikation unglaublich schwierig war, da jegliche Deutschkenntnisse fehlten und auch Englisch sehr problematisch war - stand der Rezeptionist nur ganz hilflos da und fragte was er denn machen soll. Im gesamten Wellnessbereich steht zwar Ruhebereich dran, hier wird aber keine Rücksicht genommen und Personal den gesamten Tag über nicht vorhanden. Rezeptionist unfähig hier etwas zu machen. Sauna (als Nacktbereich deklariert) sowohl Leute ohne als auch mit Badebekleidung. Auch hier kein Personal welches kontrolliert. Zudem sollte mittags lieber auswärts gegessen werden. Wir bestellten eine Pizza und einen Flammkuchen - Der Kellner hatte seinen ersten Tag, war trotzdem ganz alleine da, verstand kein Deutsch und auch nur sehr schlecht Englisch. Wir bekamen dann die falsche Pizza und den falschen Flammkuchen. Noch schlimmer aber: Es handelt sich hier um Tiefkühlgerichte! In einem Restaurant! Haben wir noch nie erlebt! Außerdem Schimmel im Badezimmer unseres Zimmers. Alles in allem würden wir einen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen und für ein entspanntes Wochenende lieber auf die anderen Angebote rund um Winterberg zurückgreifen.

Kurzurlaub im Schnee

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Abendessen ebenfalls, freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber, Sauna und Schwimmbad

Das Zimmer war recht klein, für eine Nacht allerdings ausreichend; es lag im Soutterain und die Heizung ließ sich nicht richtig regulieren - entweder heiß oder kalt; nachts war es sehr laut als ob man neben einem Kaminabzug schlafen würde

The guy on the reception desk when we arrived, was excellent, a very friendly and welcoming face ***** He gave us a complete run down of the resort and made us very welcome.

Beautiful location, connected to great hiking trails. Wellness facilities were good.

During breakfast there were a lot of bees indoors. Quit an irritant when you're trying to eat. I think the facility could have done something to address that problem.

I loved the caring staff! We arrived pretty late but still they offered us food and let the pool & saune open for us all night - loved it!

Comfortable stay but didn't meet expectation - warm place but basic rooms and poor breakfast.

Couple of things, the room was very basic and I have stayed in better. The restaurant service - the guys were nice but very rushed and impatient. They need to be nicer and calmer. The breakfast. Layout and the choice was very poor compared to others I have had. Nice food but the spoon was almost the same size as my bowl!

Disapointing, when service is a waiting game....

Pool area, sauna, parking right in front of the property and Wi-Fi worked well.

Pretty simple rooms, stuffy interior, curtains had spots of paint, flickering light in the bathroom, loud light travo noise, room was cleaned once during a three nights stay. Service was a waiting game, Pizza was served half-frozen.
