Fast in and out - Very nice and clean - Super staff - A nice long night of rest

The hotel was available in exactly the correct location I needed.

The price is a bit on the top level. perhaps a bit too expencive

Chambre spacieuse donnant sur un quartier calme. Bien situé.

It’s ok for one night if you need a cheap place to stay but I would not want to go back to it really

It’s clean and tidy. Easy to check in.

The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear other guests in their room. Incredibly disturbing at night.

Excelente estadia

O hotel possui instalações novas e fica a poucos metros de caminhada do centro. Fizemos todos os passeios a pé. Os funcionários foram muito educados e gentis.

die Lage: voll Zentral, aber ganz ruhig die Zimmereinrichtung, voll komfortabel und sauber

es fehlen die 5 französischen Kanäle im Fernsehen.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und das Bad war sauber aber auf den Möbeln war es sehr staubig. Das Personal ist korrekt und machen Ihre Arbeit aber freundlich sieht anders aus.

I’d stay here again if come to Bern

Location is not far from the center. Easy access to old town via public transportation. Breakfast has good selections. Staff at the hotel r very helpful.

Okay für dieses Mal, Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Sauber und ruhig

Zimmer zu voll Dusche mit hohem Einstieg Duschwanne ist sehr rutschig Durchbrause nicht höhenverstellbar Wasser zum duschen kalt, weil zu viele gleichzeitig duschten Reagiere allergisch auf Bettwäsche und oder Waschmittel Keine freien Steckdosen auf dem Zimmer Angeschlagene Farbe an Türrahmen. Schranksystem fancy modern aber unpraktisch Bad sehr eng Frühstücksbüffet mit zum Teil einzeln verpackten Käsen, Marmeladen, Konfitüren und Honig. Nur 1,5% Milch.

Nothing is nice. Its old and expensive. Location is good

Very old. Doors look like prison cell just like rooms. You get 1 bottle of water as a couple to share?! Extra tax charge at checkout of 21 Swiss Francs Overall extremely bad experience

Nice hotel, friendly staff and accessible location

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Was a nice quiet location with a little garden which was great for an afternoon drink. Easy to access the train station and old town (by foot if desired, 15 minute walk or so to the station, or by public transport which was very easy - and free with your accommodation!).

Rooms did not have air conditioning, but did have fans provided which was helpful - may get quite hot in summer though. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room.
