Ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad y profesionalidad de los empleados. El desayuno con bastante variedad y el personal muy pendiente.

Agradable estancia , amabilidad, comodidad y limpieza.

Desayuno muy completo y abundante, salados y dulces, frutas y embutidos en raciones para evitar excesos y sobras.(podias repetir) . Atencion excelente de la recepcionista, muy amable y voluntariosa. Habitacion super limpia entregada antes de hora. Amplia suite con vistas a los Picos de Europa, ventanas y contraventanas aisladas. Ubicacion a 200 metros del centro. Facil aparcamiento en la zona. Volveremos

good value and in great location

great location on the main road running through Potes, and they let several of us with motorbikes park right outside. friendly welcome from the reception and a great breakfast with both continental and some hot options. it’s got a kind of wood panelling ski lodge type vibe inside. might not be to everyone’s taste but we liked it.

Ideal location for touring the Picos

Great location, good value, lovely staff. Alberto the host was brilliant even lending me a cold start battery when the battery on my motorbike failed. Parked the bikes right outside.

If you don’t like cuckoo clocks, this might cause a problem!!!

We enjoyed it, thank you.

The breakfast had a very good selection. Coffee machine fab. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Room was great with a separate little seating area to watch TV. We watched Queen Elizabeth funeral on TV there.

Nothing, except we didn't see the bar open at anytime we were there. Had to park on a car park up a hill. But cars were ok overnight no problem.

If you like clean, you'll like this place.

This place is spotless. Clean as a whistle. Almost surgically clean. Friendly staff . large room with huge comfy beds. Breakfast was more than adequate. Perfectly located for a Pucos tour. I will be returning, hopefully sooner rather than later.

A great place to stay, parking for motorcycles outside hotel, friendly staff with a little English. Rooms cleaned every day in our suite.

Hotel is clean and tidy in a good location

owner was a grumpy man who tried to take payment from an expired credid card behind my back then tried to make me feel bad about it! There was no issue with payment only that we booked in advance and my provider issued me a new card. Then he came moaning about noise that happened at 3.00am when all in our party were in and asleep! So when we said we knew nothing about is thats truly what we meant

If you’re in need of a good nights sleep ask for a bedroom at the rear of the hotel, not at the front!
