A REFAIRE SANS HESITER

Bel et grand établissement, face mer avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Mirabello, dans un quartier très calme. Grande chambre avec terrasse, propre et confortable, bien équipée, salle de bains également. Les peignoirs, chaussons et serviettes de piscine sont un plus. Les repas sont copieux et très corrects. Le personnel est agréable et efficace. Pas de problème de parking. A 5 mn en voiture du centre ville. Plages à proximité.

You’re paying for the amazing view and it’s worth it

Very happy with the upgrade. But the rooms are very basic. You are paying for the view. But it’s worth it! The view is spectacular.

Basic, dated and run down. But the private pools and great view is excellent.

Great location

Great location! Our room was fantastic, quiet, large, private pool, seaside view. We had half board included. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was quite good, fresh food, you can always find something at your taste. They have nice cocktails at the bar too. Wee tried also restaurants nearby, very authentic and cheaper, and couple of times in Agios Nikolaos center (20 min walk).

We had a room on the top of the hill, so you should expect a lot of walk, be aware! They have a lift to go down to reception and main restaurant though. We had a steep walk to go to the beach too. Very hard walk when it is hot! Maybe hotel could provide a shuttle to go to beach and city center. For us it was ok, we really enjoyed the location!

gorgeous location

Be careful, all inclusive is divided into different tiers (not mentioned on booking.com) and even if you end up paying for the better one at the property, there is still a bunch of things on the menu that you have to pay for – and those are usually the basics. The food isn’t very good, most of it is watered down (e.g. eggs during breakfast), no variety during the stay, lunches are a joke. The rooms are old and need an update.

pretty perfect

stunning location. views were absolutely gorgeous. rooms were spacious.

we were upgraded to a suite which was really lovely and gave us spectacular views but it had a hot tub which we weren’t allowed to use unless we paid €80 a day!!!!! thought this very strange. never been to a hotel where you had a facility in your room that you couldn’t use. apart from that everything was great.

Good choice

Spacious rooms with great sea view. The hotel amenities are maintained in very well condition. Convenient location [15 minute walking distance to the city centre of Agios Nikolaos, close to a very nice beach (Almyros)]. Breakfast and half board services of satisfactory variety, quantity and quality. Helpful and very gentle staff.

Some parts of the hotel need to be renovated, however the overall impression is doubtlessly higly positive.

A great vista over the sea from most rooms.

Hotel is pleasantly situated with great views. Near enough to be a fifteen minute walk into the town, but separate enough to be quiet and peaceful, except as mentioned below

Rather a lot of climbing up and down to get to your room, even if you do use the lifts. Breakfast coffee supplied in inadequately sized pots. Slightly irritating bubbling noise 24/7 from the mini pools associated with many of the rooms, okay during the day less so at night. Noise from fridge starting/stopping during night also mildly irritating.

Amazing view! Great place

Our stay was extraordinary! We got an amazing apartment with stunning view! Staff was very nice and helpful. Pools are fantastic, drinks in all- inclusive are good. Breakfast is definitely the best of offered meals. And once again: view, view, view!

Would be great to have more regional and less typical-european food for lunch and dinner. There is a beautiful sandy beach 10 min walk to the right from the hotel: unfortunately no one told us about it, so we discovered it on our last day (earlier we have been staying at the small beach in front of the hotel).

Great view of the sea and a lot of space in the rooms. Very reasonable price for the amendities.

Door was a little tricky and needs repair. Did not close easily, needed to lock with bolt to keep closed.

Excellent hotel with amazing views, fantastic food and helpful staff

The views are breathtaking and the hotel is superb.

Unfortunately mosquitos seemed to find me every night/day :( Wine in the Palm Bar was not nice. In the restaurants it was good however.

Fantastic location with amazing views. Great room with a sea and mountain views were stunning. Lovely pools, restaurants and bar facilities. Perfectly located to walk into the town, beaches and restaurants. Lots of lovely places to visit within the area.

Disappointing

Nice views. Enjoyed the upper pool...can't remember what it was called

I think most of the reviews I read from this season paint an accurate picture of the hotel. It has the potential to be really lovely but is in need of serious investment if it wants to attract repeat business and live up to its own description! Having read so many negative reviews before arriving we had braced ourselves to be disappointed which was a good thing...if I hadn't read the reviews I think I would have been! But our room was clean even though it was very very basic. We had issues with the air conditioning (that the hotel did respond to and resolve) on 2 of our 4 days. We werent so pleased when they left someone's plaster that had been holding the sensors in place stuck on the dressing table, but never mind. The fridge didn't cool things well as it was old and didn't seal well, only 3 chairs and 2 loungers on the balcony for 4 guests (though an old and unmatching chair was eventually supplied), all sorts of issues with water pressure (like the water would just stop coming out the shower for 10 mins!), poor quality reception for the TV when we tried to watch the news, hardly any sockets for charging devices...I could go on and on...very dated and not really the sort of quality you might expect BUT we enjoyed our stay. We had some nice lunches at one of the pool bars and enjoyed the views. Definitely wouldn't return. Staff were polite and helpful....I didn't envy them, having to deal with so many people who had issues etc. The dining room doesn't seem to be large enough to cater for the number of diners and the team were always working so hard to stay on top of service, cutlery etc. I hope there are plans to invest in the hotel in the future, it seems a wasted opportunity not to. They are building a conference centre....maybe they will upgrade the rooms as part of this development?

Fantastic complex, beautiful surrounding areas

This complex is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Perfect location - just a short walk into the beautiful town with amazing restaurants and bars (too many to choose from) Lovely rooms, 3 options for a pool , great local beaches with water sports or sun beds if you just want to relax. The complex and surrounding area is very hilly and very steep so you need to be reasonably mobile to get around here. There are hundreds of steps in the complex (some lifts) just to be aware. We only had breakfast included- it was pretty standard what you’d get in Greece, we heard many other guests complaining about the food on the all inclusive options. There are so many beautiful restaurants in Agios Nikolaos I would definitely recommend eating there. (Migomis Piano Restaurant -La Strada - Gioma Meze we’re our favourite places - call and book a table and you will get a fabulous view ! Great Complex beautiful surroundings will definitely go back !

Perfect stay for this value of money.

Perfect location of the room, near the restaurant and common pool. The sea view was amazing, public beach in few steps from the hotel. City centre in 15 minutes walk. The hospitality of the staff was above expectations.

It was some repairs under the room area (however, once pointed out repairs were suspended). The breakfast area was used only in one restaurant and have to wait for free table before entrance.
