Repaint, new furniture, New curtains and eradicate the washroom /shower room sewer smells

Old and the washroom smelled sewer waste. You need to run the water in the shower room to remove the smell.

The city is situated in close proximity to the city center.

I reserved three rooms for a couple of days. The room was satisfactory; however, only one pillow was provided despite the booking being for two occupants. The water had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of sewage. The beds were outdated and emitted noise from the springs when used. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly slow, particularly given the hotel's central location.

Very pleasant. Staff attitude and service excellent

Dinner in the restaurant by far exceeded expectations. Service from staff was excellent.

Maintenance on fittings in room could be improved Eg handle of tap at vanity is broken

Aside from the hole on the ceiling inside the shower area .. that looks creepy.. everything is fine.. just hoping that they take time to close the ceiling or atleast do something about it.. my kids are scared to go inside the toilet for that reason.. really looks creepy.. you can see the whole or frels like any moment.. sineone will pops out anytime from that hole🤭🥲

You get value for your money. Everything works except for the showerhead.

Nice location.

The place is a little bit old. The bathroom was not so clean. The bed is itchy. There are no free breakfast even if our voucher says there is.

Worth to stay and very good conservation program

As soon as we pulled up the staff treated us very well they helped grab our bags and place them on the trolly at the check in counter they were all very friendly and happy to welcome us after we got our key the man escorted us with our bags up to our room and unloaded them inside the really cool thing about this property is the conservation efforts ive never experienced it before or knew about it before we booked a room here the full power too the room is set up with your room key you remove your key all power is cut from the room meaning your not wasting electricity running air con or tv or lights not sure about location only good thing for us very close to airport and free shuttle offered with your stay the breakfast is worth the price especially if your 2 pax really good quality food at their restaurant they have a really delicious meal option for room service we got roasted or honey chicken seriously worth the price with rice for 100 peso our meal cost under 500 for 2 people with the 2 chicken dinners drinks club house sandwich and fries and a huge plate of butter vegetables every time we seen the staff they always greeted us and friendly they even brought up our coffee and bfast without asking I went up stairs my partner finished her bfast I wasn't feeling great and wasn't planning to go back down stairs happy they brought it up because it was yummy meal and I appreciated the level of customer service from the staff most places would just assume you finished and throw it away well worth to stay and reccomended 1 more thing this building has a generator we experienced a brown out and they fired it up right away

Location near to airport

Room, facilities, bed is dirty, toilet is dirty, we can hear someone in another room and in corridor! Lights to second floor should be more luminous bc looks creepy! 1,417 in one night is too much expensive for tiny and dirty room w/ poor breakfast.
