Great hotel, really nice, amazing staff, great breakfast, good pool and beach

The hotel was spectacular, also the room! The staff was really nice, always help you with anything! The breakfast was great too, the beach area (where you can swim in the water) was small, but not crowded!

The location was not the best, because you have to go by taxi if you want to explore the city and you dont have much food oppurtunities.

+ месторасположение самое лучше в Абу-Даби, на мой взгляд. +свой собственный пляж. +вид из окна был на дворец президента. + номер просторный. +вежливый персонал. +русскоговорящий персонал на ресепшене.

-была ванная и душевая кабина, но не было душевой лейки. - питание однообразное каждый день. - десерты слабые: одни пироги. - фрукты были, но на ужине их выбор не велик(яблоки да цитрусы)

Een vakantie vol hindernissen: Mijn teleurstellende ervaring in Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana.

Kamers, zwembad en het strand

Tijdens de storm brak er iets van glas, waardoor zowel het zwembad als het strand twee dagen gesloten moesten blijven. Begrijpelijk, maar het gebrek aan communicatie en service was schrijnend. Het personeel leek niet geïnformeerd over alternatieve opties en er was geen duidelijkheid over waar gasten konden genieten van een kopje koffie of andere faciliteiten. De interacties met het personeel waren evenmin bevredigend. Bij navraag bij de receptie over koffiemogelijkheden werden we van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Uiteindelijk kregen we na veel gedoe onze koffie, maar niet zonder een frustrerende ervaring met zowel het barpersoneel als de beveiliging. Het gebrek aan transparantie en effectieve communicatie werd nog duidelijker toen we probeerden informatie te krijgen over het schoonmaken van het strand. Het antwoord dat we kregen was ontwijkend en we werden verwezen naar 'hoger management'. Een van de grootste teleurstellingen was de suggestie van het hotel om gebruik te maken van een shuttlebus naar een openbaar strand. Bij aankomst bleek er echter een gebrek aan ligbedden en parasols te zijn, wat leidde tot een ongemakkelijke situatie. Bovendien werd deze 'gunst' gebracht met een ongepaste arrogantie door de coördinatoren, alsof we blij moesten zijn dat er überhaupt iets geregeld was voor de tweede dag. Op de dag van vertrek hebben we gevraagd of ze een ontbijtpakket voor ons konden regelen, wat ze ook hebben gedaan. Echter, los van het feit dat er een wrap bij zat gevuld met druiven, appels en sla, kregen we ook een mueslireep die over de datum was. Dit spreekt boekdelen over de aandacht voor detail en kwaliteitscontrole binnen het hotel. Kortom, mijn ervaring in dit hotel was ondermaats. Het gebrek aan voorbereiding op onvoorziene gebeurtenissen, de ontoereikende klantenservice, het gebrek aan transparantie, de arrogante houding van het management.

Хороший Отель для семейного отдыха!

Отдыхали с 3 месячным ребенком и нам очень понравилось! Начну 1. Reception- очень приветливые работники ,нас быстро оформили,все объяснили! Спасибо им огромное. 2.Номер с кухней и видом на город! номера чистые,ремонт немного староват но приемлемо.Нам сразу кроватку принесли для малыша. 3. Бассейн-чистый ,вода хорошая,лежаков хватало! 4.Пляж-Чистый,но маленький и всегда приходилось искать лежаки.С малышом старались под зонтом лежаки бронировать с утра, иначе потом не найдешь свободных 5.Завтраки- вкусные,каждый найдет что-то по вкусу.Всегда есть свежие соки и фрукты..Персонал молодец быстро реагировал .Старались чтоб луди в очереди не стояли.. 6.Ужин( у нас был HB) -очень хорошие,разнообразные и вкусные! Большой + Отдельное спасибо всему персоналу за внимание🤩

Лежаки на пляже-после завтрака ,к9-и часам свободных лежаков не найти..Конечно работники все делали -передвигали и пытались найти ,но с малышом было трудно без зонта..

Stupendo

La struttura è molto bella e grande... Personale super gentile e sorridente... Struttura molto molto pulita.... Colazione e cena molto abbondanti stile nave da crociera.... La piscina è enorme e stupenda anche riscaldata... Lettini comodi... Spiaggia privata ottima...le camere sono grandi e con una bella vista

Dissappointing because of the front desk staff

The property is fine but the customer service and how they treat guest is horrible

The front desk staff is very rude, and offer no assistance whatsoever. He should not benin that position, looks bad for the hotel

Uitstekend hotel met goede ligging in Abu Dhabi

Uitstekend hotel. Niet gelijk meest luxe kamer gekozen. Upgrade opties worden voor boeking aangeboden. Is geen garantie maar upgrades als het mogelijk is zijn dan wel veel goedkoper. Vervolgens daarbovenop nog een gratis upgrade gekregen.

Top!

We kregen bij aankomst een vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. De receptionist was erg behulpzaam. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een grotere, ruimere kamer. Deze was geweldig: keuken, koelkast, zithoek, werkbureau, kingsize bed, ruime badkamer met douche en bad, groot balkon en aparte toilet. De auto werd valet geparkeerd door behulpzame medewerkers. Het hotel heeft een fijn zwembad en een klein prive strand. Er zijn badhanddoeken verkrijgbaar bij het zwembad. De wifi werkte uitstekend. Het hotel is vlakbij Qasr al Watan en ook de Marina Mall is evt. wandelend te bereiken. Op het terrein van het hotel is een supermarkt gevestigd.

Het ontbreken van een spons en theedoek in het keukenblok. Het weer, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen :-). Lange rij bij het uitchecken. Tip: maak een aparte balie hiervoor.

отличный отель, отдыхали с родителями и ребенком. три огромных бассейна на территории, плюс для детей, все с подогревом, нет толпы людей. выход к морю сразу с территории, кафе на пляже. у родителей был номер с видом на президентский и золотой дворцы, просто потрясающий обзор, захватывающий также залив, особенно понравится любителям восточной культуры и стиля "Великолепного века", почему-то напомнило. у нас с ребенком номер с видом на море, тоже красиво. внизу на территории есть ресторан с террасой у моря, там очень вкусно готовят. у нас было проживание без завтраков, поэтому заказывали каждый день в номер разные и ели на террасе с видом на море, отличное меню. спасибо большое за гостеприимство

Beautiful resort

A beautiful room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and the use of the beach area. The breakfast was beyond what we had expected or anything we had seen in a 5 * hotel. Most importantly, the staff were very caring and responsive.

It would be nicer to have a more modest friendly beach and swimming area. But overall it was a lovely stay with no complaints.

Remek hotel, nagyon jó helyen. Tisztaság, rendkívül szolgálatkész a teljes személyzet, az étkezés változatos, bőséges választékkal. Nagyon jó szoba, a szállodában rengeteg szolgáltatás, minden tökéletes.

Nekem csak a matrac nem volt megfelelő, és a takaró túl meleg, de az összes többi ellensúlyozta.

Absolutely amazing!

Staff - incredibly dedicated, kind, always there for the guests! From the reception, house keeping, people from the restaurant to the lifeguards! The food was amazing, Manesh sous chef is the best, he went the extra mile for us! Bella, Su, Vanessa, Martha, Sunday, Anowar, thank you, you rock (and all your colleagues)! Room was clean and spacious, huge bed and very comfortable mattress, the AC excellent, WiFi too. Private hotel beach is great! Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay with you, we hope to see you again soon! 💙

It would be great if the umbrellas in the first row next to the sea on the beach were secured a little better so that they wouldn't fly away due to the wind and hurt someone!

Location is great. The room was spacious and had great views.

Quiet hotel in an amazing location with nice beach

the hotel is amazing. from the check-in through the rooms, beach and restaurant, everything was great. thanks to all desk employees for always helping with answers, especially to Julie while having a great checkout experience. The staff is really friendly and always have a smile on their face when they see guests. there is a great energy between the guests, hotel facilities and staff. everything is calm. the beach is great and the pool was perfect warm in april the food was excellent . we had breakfast and dinner but you can switch dinner to lunch or pay for each lunch extra and enjoy the various and healthy buffet, just amazing, the drinks like water, coffee and juices are included in the buffet (In the hotel is no serving of alcohol, which was great for us) we had a room with balcony with an amazing few ( to the emirates palace and the president house, also side sea view). Infront of the hotel is a cafe , tennis court, a small supermarket and lots of taxis to discover Abu Dhabi. We rented a car To visit 'Dubai for 1 day which was very convenient to pick it up at the hotel and bring it back to the hotel Overall we enjoyed our stay with our kids (5,10) very much and would like to come back the hotel is about 30 minutes taxi drive from the airport away and a short fly from Europe :-) thank you

Excellent stay

Our week vacation in the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan was simply marvelous! Great hospitality, wonderful service, excellent staff (Anwar, our housekeeper made every day a fantastic job! as well as Zafor, concierge, supporting us with all transportation and luggage service). Vast selection of meals in restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. More times in the week special dinners (such as BBQ, Italian). Great hospitality anywhere in the hotel, everybody was supportive, kind and helpful, anytime. Very good, spacy swimming pool area, also good sea entrance. Regularly cleaned up by hotel staff. We can only highly recommend a stay in this hotel.
