It was fine.

Room was basically clean and fine. Parking on site (tho Landlady had to help me find a space on second night).

Little things only. Loud talking on the street disturbed me a couple of times in the night. Biscuit pack not replaced after first (of two) nights. Kitkat wrapper on floor. Wouldn't have booked if I'd read threats of £50 fee if you arrive after 9pm without written approval from owners. Understand but didn't like £20 fee if you don't arrive for breakfast on time. (But I left too early each day to get breakfast). Had code for back door to car park area, but went out the front door by accident and couldn't get back in (it was 6am), and the way the streets worked, it was very complicated to get round to the back of the house!

Excellent central location and warm welcome from the host. Very clean and little touches like the homemade biscuits.

The location in relation to the town centre.

Booked pay at the property and they took payment from the card on my account 24 hours before. The location on a main street meant we listened to a fair few loud conversations until 1.30 am

Great value, super location with parking. Optional breakfast was good and the service was all good.

Great location in an elegant and comfortable hotel. Good value for money.

Very nice clean room at the top of the hotel with comfortable bed and attractive decor. Good parking area at the back of the hotel. Close to the town centre. Nice breakfast room downstairs & good breakfast (full, light, or continental).

Fantastic hassle free overnight stay!

Perfect for an overnight stay, just what was required. good communication from staff/owners, very clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Free on-site parking was an absolute winner for me also! would highly recommend, I wouldn't hesitate in re-booking.

not a major issue at all, but something to think about, to have a USB plug or plug socket next to the bedside table would be really useful, I had to use the one behind the bed which wasn't ideal. (for laptop / phone)

met at agreed time for check in which took minutes staff extremely helpful the rooms were cosy and spacious, great location for town centre and restaurants would definitely recommend. would definitely return.

Only if you can sleep though anything!

Close to town centre Room was quite large with a nice ensuite Ample parking (I didn't use it but would be great for people who were driving)

Road noise (it was like trying to sleep in the middle of the road - maybe lack of soundproofing or seals on windows?) Internal noise - doors slamming all night (and I really mean all night - could very easily be remedied by installing over door spring hinges) It was quite cold most of the time (heat was centrally controlled somewhere) Mould in the fridge

Location excellent. Rooms very nice

The rooms were freezing. Heating insufficient. Had to ask for a blanket and heater. Following morning heating 1 small radiator did not come on. No heating in bathroom had to use fan heater. The radiator was not sufficiently warm or big enough when on!

Location was fabulous and surprisingly quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable. On site Parking was an added bonus.

I chose to have breakfast outside as the breakfast room was in an enclosed basement and it was a very warm day

Lovely Harrogate visit

Second visit to this hotel. Great place for visiting the town centre and opposite the conference centre. Lovely breakfast and secure parking. Thanks recommend for visit.
