War sehr gut!

Great hotel for your ski trip

The staff of the hotel was great! The first morning we were at breakfast we asked for fresh OJ which they didn't have. We came down the next day. the fresh OJ was waiting for us at the table :) Also, we got little treats for Christmas morning which was lovely. Thank you very much! The other great feature of this hotel is the closeness of the Penkenbahn lift - it's literally 2 minutes walk, which is very convenient!

The sauna facility has no policy around 'nakedness' and most of the night when we were trying to go, there were always nude men and women, so it's not exactly family-friendly and if you are not from the 'nude' culture, I would stay away from the sauna.

Overall, we were delighted with our stay at this hotel and we'll be sure to visit again.

The hotel has a great location close to the bus stops and the main Penkenbahn gondola. The owner as well as the staff are helpful and welcoming. The family room we stayed in was clean, warm and quiet. We also greatly enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast.

Great hotel in the perfect location

Great nice and cozy hotel , very close to the elevator. Every single thing was great, including great Wi-Fi, hot water 24/7, nice breakfast. suits for the price. hostlers were nice and gentle.

The only negative thing is the stream in the shower that was a little bit weak.

Everything was OK but to start serving breakfast at 07:30 while the lifts open at 07:30-08:00 is definitely NOT GOOD.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is great and the beds are comfortable. The sauna is amazing.

There is no kettle or tea service in the rooms, and the hotel lobby is kind of "closed" from the afternoon, so it is very boring at nights and there is no place to sit with your friends

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet area but close to the main street for all bars, restaurants and shops. The sauna area of the hotel is wonderful and the hot drinks that are provided in the sauna area are a nice little touch. The Penkanbarhn is but a short walk downhill. The bonus for the hotel is the bus stop about 30m away from the Penkanbarhn/Ahorn if walking is not your thing.

I found nothing wrong about the hotel or resort and this was down to it being in the top ten ski resorts in Europe. The resort is popular so booking meals in the restaurants a few days before is a must. I have been to the resort many times and still have not gotten into Restaurant El Toro.

Perfect For Skiing and Relaxing

Amazing location ( 2minute to the gondola), perfect breakfast, relaxed and quiet stay. Also has a clever key and door entry system too! The hotel team were friendly. highly recommended this for skiing in mayrhofen.

great holiday with excellent sunny weather in a fantastic hotel

staff are very helpful and friendly and location is perfect as it’s very close to the main ski lift so makes it easier when walking in ski boots.

The hotel was perfect for our ski holiday. Very close to the ski lift, perfect location in the town. The spa was lovely and relaxing and the breakfast was nice, staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel

Great experience!

The location was super! they got pretty good ski lockers and there is also a place where you can store you key while you are outside. ( no chance of loosing it )

Exceptional

The staff was extra helpful and were eager to help us in every need we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We ended up staying at the hotel one more day then we planned. Not far from the hotel (150 meters) there is a cable car to the top of the mountain. I recommend staying at hotel Waldheim.

Very clean hotel, excelent breakfast, friendly hostesses. Close to lift and city center - a lot of shops and restaurants around.

A little bit noisy on 1st floor, also floors and bed are squeaky, but It's all individual.
