It’s good hotel, 7 minutes away from the marina by car

The food is not good, somebody should take care of this hotel and the food in this hotel and it will be perfect

3 star hotel not 5 stars, disappointing

The fitness centre was old almost all machines were broken. The room was tiny and the staff not very helpful. Definitely not 5 stars more like 3 stars!

Below expectations

When I called the reception and asked for a taxi, they were very helpful.

Our initial rooms were very bad and we requested changing rooms (which was successful). The towels were very old, the mattress and curtains had stains on them. Even though we came back to the hotel around 17.00 our rooms still weren’t clean. One day they did not clean our room and when we asked if they could clean it they said that they wouldn’t be able to and the reason they did not clean the room was probably because we left the do not disturb light on. However this was not the case, they just skipped our room. They frequently forgot to leave toilet paper and floor mats. When we requested these things it took an unusually long time. The Dilaila Beach was very old, there were missing and broken pieces of wood on the pier and stairs. We had a problem and they told us to contact the vice office manager but we could not reach him even though for we asked for him repeatedly for 3 days. We talked to of the receptionist ladies and she spoke to us in a very condescending and flippant manner. We felt as if they did not care about customer satisfaction or needs.

I am confused

+ Holel looks good outside + They have beautiful views on a terrase + Thermal spa and swimming pools + Free transfer to the beach + Personel speaks Turkish, English, German, Russian + Very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner

- Rooms are not cleaned well - I hadn't managed to invite a service man in my room to fix air-conditioning. They just ignored me - Cleaner left my room literally half serviced P.S. I think you should change room cleaner management and whole clining team.

Lucky we needed only 1 night

The room was smaller if we compare it even to a cruise ship. There was no dark curtain to block the light early in the morning. Housekeeping didn't respond as I was stuck in the shower with no soap in the dispenser. Very poor air-conditioning.

Very disappointing. Not a 5* Hotel in quality. Pools were great however.

Rooms felt much smaller than I expected from the description and photos. air con worked well in the lounge part of the room but not so well in the bedroom. Location is on a busy road; the hotel don’t provide any taxi service down to the marina or shops (2-3 mins drive) and the route for pedestrians is v difficult with steep climbs, poor quality pavements and obstacles all over the place. Food was very poor; the room service was barely edible and the buffets for Breakfast and Dinner were really disappointing (maybe reflecting Turkish expectations rather than mine). Staff are friendly but very young with limited hotel training. some seems very unhappy working there. Generally felt a bit run down with poor quality finish throughout. Needs significant improvements and investment. It is not a 5* hotel or anywhere close.

A relaxing moment at this hotel that provided us the perfect holiday we needed after this pandemic!

Spa : Amazing service by the Spa staff (Mr Yusuf and his female colleague) during the differents spa treatments (massage and VIP Turkish hammam for a couple). Good advice and always kind during our stay at the hotel. He is really helpfull and had some nice conversations about çesme and surroundings as well as the hotel services Hotel service : The new staff very polite and always ready to offer their help. Attentive to our requests and they are open to new suggestions or improvements in their clientele service / buffet menu. Mr Arda provided a very good service in the hotel. He kindly upgraded our room when we arrived. He also helped us looking for a rentcar at a reasonable price. He gave us good advice about the activities in the surroundings. he also helped us when my partner stepped on a sea urchin and needed medical assistance. Mr Gokhan (Manager) is a very lovely and great person. He was very helpfull and kind. We really appreciated his management approach with the clients of the hotel and we had some good advice about local activities and locations to visit. We felt really as guests in this hotel. Buffet : Clean tables during our buffet diner. Variety of menu in their buffet. It was good. Room cleaning : The cleaning team did their job well in the rooms! Thank you! A big thank you to the whole staff of Piril Hotel Thermal and Beauty Spa for their hospitality that made our stay at Cesme succesfull. From Onur and Bali

The WIFI is a little bit slow but that is a good way to disconnect and enjoy the hotel and the surroundings ;). The pillows were a little bit too thick and hard and it wasn't the same as my partner who had a soft one and thinner. Fish menu were a little bit dissapointing because there were too many fishbones (that should be extracted) and made it hard to eat and enjoy the fishdish.

I would highly recommend- exceptional service. We really enjoyed everything.

Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Arda bey made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Food was very good - amazing variety. Premises were kept very clean. Location is fantastic - close to town.

Great and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very lovely place to stay. We stayed with family for 5 nights and we got even better rooms that we paid for. Welcome drinks in the lobby makes you feel so special when you arrive to this great hotel. The hotel is around 5 min to the center of Cesme and shops and all entertainment. Very clean and comfortable everywhere in the hotel. Costumer service high class. They smile to you and make all your wishes true😊 Upstairs and downstairs pools very nice and clean. Breakfast and diner so delicious, life music in the restaurant and Lobby so wonderful. A special thanks for Secin and Mehmet from the reception side and Gökhan the restaurant manager. Those people as well as other staff of Piril hotel made our stay so perfect and unforgettable in Cesme. We recommend this place.We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Exceptional

It is a hotel that we like very much in terms of price-performance. You get service for the price you pay. The staff is very polite and always concerned. The cuisine was incredibly delicious, the breakfast was enormous for us in terms of variety. Especially the chocolate they made was legendary. A service and quality that we will definitely seek without thinking if we go to the fountain again.

Very nice hotel with wonderful food, good location, good service, comfortable rooms, cool thermal pool and outdoor pools. Nothing is missing here, maybe not perfect, but very good quality for affordable price (which is rare for Çeşme). Thank you Pırıl I loved our stay
