Very comfortable stay but Wi-Fi extremely bad

Supa comfy bed, quiet, breakfast adequate, friendly staff,

Wi-Fi is almost non-existent from the ground floor to the top floor. It does work but even seeing a name on google maps takes around 3 minutes to show on the map. Checkin is flexible but prefer to not have the anxiety of having to meet someone at a certain time to pick up the key. Better just the lock box . Also we should have known but we thought it was closer to Bellagio but its 2 km away.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, modern, and clean. There's a laundromat and a small bar on the street, which was nice and away from the crowds. Breakfast is basic, but good. We'd stay there again!

A comfortable fantastic base for exploring Lake Como

A modern, clean spacious comfortable apartment in a beautiful peaceful location with lovely helpful staff who went out of their way to help us when we got lost. Mella restaurant serves delicious food with fantastic friendly service. Cafe and shop really useful too. Ferry stop really close by which we appreciated and used almost each day.

amazing location in St Giovani

this is the first B&B in Italy that was so technologically advanced, super easy check in, payments and check out. Very helpful host. just amazing.

the internet is super weak on the third floor. you can browse pages, but too weak for YouTube.

beautiful, Calm, great locals

Beautiful Location and Apartment. Greeted so kindly by the hosts. Less than a 1 minute walk to the eloquent Lake Como. Beautiful breakfast on the morning in a stunning modern coffee shop but still keeping the old Italian style, great food and drinks, would definitely go again. Great little village right next to the centre of Bellagio just a 15-20 minute walk or just a 2 minute bus ride away.

Not to be missed

Alissa and her partner were in contact with us before we arrived to make sure everything was understood. The check-in was simple. The appartment is clean new and modern. It has everything promised: heating, water bottles, kettle, fridge, safe, plenty of free nearby parking, towels and most importantly attention and response to every problem and question we had. The administrators prepared a page in the apartment containing a QR code through which you can get various information about Bellagio. Great idea.

The apartment is half an hour's walk from the center of Bellagio. at this time of the year ( december) not possible to get a taxi an parking place may be problematic

Perfect place to stay!

The property was the perfect location to walk into Bellagio in about 20 minutes or drive in 10! The apartment felt safe in a quiet part of the town and had everything we needed. There was also a helpful guide for things to do and restaurants to visit

Great stay in Bellagio!

The host was very friendly, attentive, responsive and accommodating. Replied to our questions over WhatsApp immediately! Provided us with lots of helpful information about the area. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Very convenient to have a laundromat and Nene food bar downstairs.

2nd floor apartment had no elevator, but the host kindly assisted us with our luggage

Nice little part of Bellagio that’s a little further out of town to see more of the local side.

Friendly welcome by Alissa, family-run accommodation which adds a lovely home-feel to the experience. They care about promoting local restaurants/businesses. Clean, modern accommodation. 20min walk from Bellagio centre/port but very manageable walk + lots of other people walking along the same way + sufficient lights to be able to see at night time.

Fridge didn’t work.

A pleasant 2 day stay in Nene's place

Alissa the property manager was very kind, due to a sudden event we had a special request in the last minute to stay longer after the checkout time and she was helpfull and approved us. The location is very comfortable, just above a lovely coffee shop and close by the free parking.

We were greeted by Alissa and she made us feel very relaxed and welcome. She gave us lots of information about the locality also. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming.

Exceptional

Quiet, beautiful apartment with lovely breakfast pastries, coffee, cereal. Alissa and her sister were very helpful to give directions and local information. Take the tourists train into the center town or walk through the immaculate garden. Also there is laundry service, easy to wash your own clothes.

Nothing not to like unless you want to be in the town center. For us it was close enough and so very quiet we loved it.

The place is amazing and close to the ferry station. You will find yourself living in the historical building with very good small bar & coffee downstairs. The hosts makes your stay be a very relaxing and calm.

There is a bit issue with bringing your luggage on a second floor with no elevator
