Enjoyed our stay room very comfortable

Room very comfortable but outlet plugs very poor. Need to have more outlet boards available.

Not enough electricity outlets available.

My stay was quiet and peaceful with good parking.

I liked the room very much. It had a large sliding door opening out to a grassed area and a bush scene. The bathroom had an excellent large shower head and a shower cap was supplied (also a spa bath). I appreciated the long length mirror in the main room. The air conditioner worked very well.

The main door into the unit was hard to open and had probably swelled or moved and needed a 'shave' off the timber edge. Other than that all was good.

lovely room with excellent bathroom, really enjoyed the little veranda off the room. great location and good for money value.

Relaxed stay in a clean and spacious room.

Large clean room. Quiet location next to the Country Club. Good shower was welcome. Staff very pleasant.

Rather far from the centre of town. Bathroom quite nice, could do with some grout work.

Tea Gardens short break :)

The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and I even got to meet the local Puss Cat :) and it was also nice having a spa in the bathroom which was very rare in a 3 star hotel I would definitely stay there again :)

Mattress was a bit soft and a couple of the walls need repainting that's about all :)

Very quiet. Easy access to unit. Place to eat out next door.

Quite a bit of dust about especially in the carpet. Beds quite firm.

Quiet location away from traffic noise. Comfortable ground level room with outlook onto bushland. Guests get discount at club next door.

Immaculately clean rooms. Pleasant outlook from patio. Proximity to Country Club. Discount rates at Country Club! Precision bed making evident. Comfy pillows to boot. Bathrooms excellent

Location was great but no cleanliness

Location was good and was close to beaches.That was the best part , we enjoyed as a family.

House keeping was not good enough. Floor was too dirty and even bathroom could be managed more in terms of cleanliness and toiletries.There was no mash door to get some fresh air and for cross ventilation. Also, beds were not comfortable as they were not locked properly.

Very pleased with our stay. Very comfortable with amazing service, in such a peaceful area.

Very relaxing, clean and comfortable place to stay. Amazing service and fresh towels given of a morning.

Not necessarily about the property but was disappointing that all good options for dinner closed at 8pm:( Especially in daylight savings when it’s lighter longer.
