Super welcoming and spotlessly clean!

Our first trip away as a family of 3 with our 20 month old kid. We chose Hotel Kiss because of all of the family-friendly reviews and we were really impressed. Staff are exceptional - so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their guests with a personal touch Daniele & Rossella make you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive. It’s lovely to see management treating their staff with such respect. They looked after us so well and didn’t bat an eyelid at any of our toddler’s mischievous antics! (Thank you!!!) The hotel has everything you need to entertain the tiniest of guest, through teens, right up to adults. There’s a lovely toddler playground, a playroom equipped for different ages, guided group activities for kids, etc. It’s situated just a short walk from the beach. Cleanliness is top notch! The room was spotless on arrival and got thoroughly cleaned each day of our stay. We really enjoyed the toddler-friendly food options and our poké bowls at lunch. It was really handy to be able to confirm our lunch by WhatsApp from the beach. The complimentary bikes (including baby bike seat) were much appreciated. We had a pleasant flat cycle to the nearby town of Cervia. The first part was through the pine tree forest and the second part was along the beachfront in Cervia to its charming town centre. We definitely plan on coming back again in the future!

We loved our stay but if I had to be really picky, the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very stable in our room. (Perhaps this could have been rectified but we didn’t ask).

IRONMAN VISIT

Staff were so kind and had great customer service. We will definitely be back. Hotel was clean, food was good and the whole place made us feel welcomed. It hard to xome across a hotel that ticks all the boxes and this does.

Perfect.

I'm really picky, but it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Location is perfect, it's near the sea. Rooms are like in the pictures, maybe even better. Bed is comfortable. Cleanliness - perfect. Food is delicious, you have many options from menu to choose, so there is something for everyone's taste; fish, meat, vegetarian food... One important thing is that you choose from buffet, but the staff is serving you, so nobody from guests is going around the food touching it etc, only the staff. Portions are very big. Staff is really kind and friendly, always there to help. I hope to be able to come there again! Grazie mille! 🇮🇹

I stayed there for 6 nights. The food was excellent, the coffee was great, the air conditioning work

The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. All expectations were met. I came there for an Ironman competition and had a good time relaxing before it. It was very close to the beach. Around 200m. You could lend an bicycle for free or take an umbrella if there was rain. If you needed any information about the area the owners of the hotel were always ready to help you. The employees were always smiling and you felt really good, just like at home. I have travelled a lot and I can really recommend this Hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

Perfect Holiday with our two dogs

The Hotel and rooms were really very clean, nice and cozy. Everything was perfect every day, during all our stay. We had everything we needed. Owners and all staff were very lovely, quickly, helpful, friendly and we had feeling that we are really like at home. Food (we had breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Sometimes we had trouble to eat that delicious food because the portions were large. Near the hotel is a large park, where we went for walks with our dogs. Close to the hotel ist beautiful large sandy beach. Parking was easily right in front of the hotel. We will definitely be back here again. Thank you for amazing Holiday. Good location neer the beach!

Friendly staff and especially the lady organising the breakfast was fabulous. The location is well situated close to the beautiful beach. Nice terrace for an evening drink.

Unfortunately we had problems with the airconditioning resulting in 2 nights of bad sleep. It was repaired in good manner. There was no compensation offered for the bad nights in a hot room.

Great location, very friendly staff

Super clean, friendly, warm welcome, lovely hosts, close to Zadina beach - 100m through pine woods - and Cesenatico nearby as well. Great for families with small children.

Price - had booked a family room which turned out to fit in a double bed alongside bunk beds which were too small for our family of four with two full-grown teenagers - though, to be fair, we were offered an extra room free of charge for second night (but had already decided to move on). Tiny swimming pool.
