Fabulous stay in heart of Old Town

Spotlessly clean, large spacious room, lovely wet-room style shower, great toiletries, comfortable bed, brilliant design of room - nothing missing and everything considered from mirrors in right places to USB chargers. Quiet location in heart of Phuket. Fabulous swimming pool area but could do with more single sunbeds as frustrating when one person uses a double sunbed to themselves! Fabulous staff who were so helpful and kind.

More variety at breakfast as it became a bit routine after 4 days.

Loved it. Amazing hotel right in the heart of the Old Town.

Loved everything about this stay. Unfortunately only 1 night. I would have loved to stay longer!

Nothing. Only thing of note is that if you stay on a Friday night you'll get the market and music outside your window until around 10pm.

Good stay to discover Phuket Old Town

Very good location. Hotel is quite new

Staff didn't help me exchange cash for my taxi. And there was no slipper in the room, weird cuz they have a pool.

Very glamorous looking hotel, enjoyed staying here.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety but was passable. Hotel is very clean and modern. Most amenities provided. Location was good for walking to markets and cafes. Atmosphere around the hotel is very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Minor things; My room didn’t have a balcony which I had been expecting. When there is a pool in the hotel that is used a balcony is needed to dry clothes. Also on arrival we were asked for a deposit in case of damages which no other hotel does which could be a problem for someone who didn’t bring enough cash.

Smart hotel in a great location for Phuket old town.

Great location for Phuket old town. Huge comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Extremely clean and well maintained. Quiet on an evening.

It’s a shame that the pool only gets the sun until about 1.30pm. Plus, the piped music played around the pool is awful. Better not to play any music.

Esta situado al lado de las calles principales de la ciudad de Phuket, a unos 15min andando del Night central Market. Relación calidad-precio buena, habitaciones confortables y amplias, buena limpieza.

Great location, friendly staff, and good value for money. Room was clean and spacious.

Everything was great except for the shower. The drain was clogged so water took a long time to go down the shower drain. I told the staff about it on our second day but it wasn't fixed.

Perfectly located for Old Town Phuket. Enjoyed the look at feel of the hotel as well as the heritage.

Perfect for a short stay

Lovely big room with a great pool to cool off in after a busy day site seeing. Staff were very helpful.

We had noisy room neighbours and means you can hear everything. Wifi wouldn’t work so had to keep asking for different guest logins.

pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious - the cook it for you once you choose off their menu. comfortable beds and perfect location.

bathroom is a bit odd - door is somewhat see through and shower was not closed off making a mess on the bathroom floor. walls are not very sound proof - you can hear all activity in the hallways.

Fantastic stay in the center of Phuket

My stay at Midtown Ratsada was fantastic. I was able to check in at 3pm and the room was good. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was clean and nice and there was free water and tea in the room available as well. It is very close to the center of Phuket so many things are within walking distance and the pool was nice as well. The pool is not big and there are not a whole lot of chairs but it was enough. Not sure if there was a possibility of having breakfast as well but I didn’t have it included with my stay.

Comfortable hotel, perfect location in Old Town just don’t expect much in customer service.

Hotel is centrally located, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good wifi, kettle, fridge and safe.

Staff seemed to lose interest in patrons concern as soon as bill as paid, not much for customer service.

the location was great, rooms are large and comfortable.

The front desk doesn’t seem to be trained in hotel hospitality, our requests for assistance with our luggage were ignored even though their elevator was out of order. As a senior couple I didn’t think my request was out of line.

This hotel is a newly converted shopping centre into a hotel, everything is new but its a bit cold and clinical, lacks the local Phuket Town atmosphere but it is central and not expensive.

breakfast menu was limited but it’s ok, juice was tasty. there was no door from shower to toilet so floor got wet and shower head wasn’t moveable.
