Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location Would certainly book again

Wonderful friendly staff. Wide selection of food for breakfast Comfortable room. Lovely swimming pool. Great location in easy walking distance to shops, markets and restaurants

Top Lage, super schönes und sehr großes Foyer, sehr großer schöner und sauberer Pool, professionelle und kompetente Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen, gute Frühstücksauswahl

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut. Standard im Bad ist veraltet. Bei längerem Duschen kann man im Bad schwimmen..

EVERYTHING AMAZING!! Lovely pool absolutely massive and pool bar Lovely staff sort anything out for you whether it be trips or checking flight details Nice breakfast Great location

Nothing I didn’t like, only one comment to improve would be to have better aircon in the stair ways then I would walk and not get the lift haha

Absolutely 💯 recommend! You won’t regret!!

The quiet location yet close to the main entertainment area(only 5-7 minutes walk), friendly of staff, food, drinks, gym, swimming pool and the pool bar. There is nothing dislike about this hotel. Spent 4 nights at the hotel, everyday breakfast was scrumptious and fresh. This hotel is simply the best in town. Good for family/friend/solo travellers, good value for the money. Loved hotel full stop. What’s more I lost my earring and mention it to the hotel staff when I checked out. They have found my earring and sent it to me via courier to my hotel in Phnom Penh. The earring arrived before my flight. One happy customer heading back to Singapore with a big smile. I would definitely stay this hotel again. What a lovely feeling ending my holiday with a smile.

A really enjoyable stay

We had a four night stay here. The plan was for a bit of relaxation before travelling home but we struck Khmer New Year, it was a lot of fun! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort felt quite spacious and our room clean and comfortable with views overlooking the pool area. Breakfast time was quite busy but there was a good variety. We enjoyed the pool and the swim up bar. Location was great, walking distance to Pub Street, lovely restaurants, markets and shops. A special thanks to Sady who organised a driver and a very comfortable car for us to travel from Phnom Penh to Siemp Reap, transfers to the airport and anything else we needed help with. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this resort.

my second time staying here, it’s a great location and about a 5-10min walk to pub street and the main area which is amazing! the rooms are good sized and the brekkie is pretty good.

The pool area was full of unsupervised teenagers basically all afternoon on all 3 days we were there. jumping and bombing in the pool (even though the rules said this isn’t allowed), throwing shoes across the pool, yelling and jumping. I saw many people get up and leave because it was impossible to relax or even have a swim. I spoke to staff about this but they didn’t seem to care. also could not get any service at the pool bar which is advertised to be open. Disappointing as the reason I rebooked this hotel is for these facilities - a nice resort to have a swim and drink after a hot morning at the temples. all in all still a good hotel but this and the staff let me down compared to previous stays.

Overall really great

The Hotel was gorgeous, service fantastic and breakfast was delicious. It would have got a 10 if the bed wasn't so hard.

The bed was far too hard, very uncomfortable and kept me awake.

It was ok but I wouldn't go back

The staff was nice in general.

To book we are shown photos of a luxurious and nice hotel but once there we are changed to a building that is really different from what was advertised. The gym is poorly conditioned and feels stuffy and thé Bacon at breakfast is not cooked at all.

I rate it like this: Location - excellent, 600 m from the center of evening and night life, that is, to the busy Pub Street, but no noise can be heard in the room. Breakfast - excellent, a large selection, the cook will prepare eggs as you wish Comfort, bed, bathroom, balcony overlooking the pool - excellent Cleanliness - cleaning every day Wifi - pretty good Swimming pool - fantastic, towels ready, jacuzzi in the corner, few guests, sun from 10 - 16.00

Reception - reception staff were like little calves, no response to greeting, no looking up, no smile - unusual for this location. Nevertheless, it is the best hotel in this location and price range

The hidden extras. The fact that I saw a scantily clad lady accompanied by a middle aged man collect money from the reception staff makes me wonder what is going on at the property that guests are not aware of.
