Lovely room nice quiet pool location was ideal for my needs. Helpful friendly approachable staff.

Left luggage was not in a locked room but next to the lift. When I questioned this practice they were moved into the office.

VISA card number and CCV leak

They will save your VISA card number with CCV code and your name into an unlocked computer, which is accessible from reception. Owner tries to trick me that he can't see my CCV but that is not true. When I start complain about it, the manager told me I can leave the hotel with the refund. You need to block your card as soon as you come back home because you don't know who has access to it. I am evaluating only managers attitude now because I this is unacceptable.

Amazing room, amazing location, really kind staff, amazing value for what you’re paying.

The room was amazing and came with everything you need. Full kitchen, clean bathroom, and a really comfy bed. We also had a beautiful balcony. The location was also amazing as we were about 20 steps from the bus loop. We would basically exit the hotel and be ready to take a bus to anywhere in Malta as the busses showed up very frequently.

The water pressure for the shower was very low, and it would be nice if the hours of the rooftop pool opened earlier and/or closed later. it’s not a huge deal, but since it’s likely you will be bussing far to Valletta or elsewhere, it made it difficult to fit in time in the day for the pool.

Style and comfort at a price that can't be beat! You NEED to stay here.

The staff were fabulous, especially Elizabeth ! I felt extremely welcome from the moment I stepped in the door. The room/apartment was beautifully appointed with modern furnishings. Breakfasts were easily the best I've had at a hotel. All at a price that really can't be beat!

Unfortunately the pool was closed as I was visiting prior to the kick-off of the tourist season — no big deal! There were a few small issues in the room (for example, the USB port on the outlet didn't work), but I was assured that they would be fixed for the next guest. Overall, there was nothing I could really fault them for.

Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location.

The hotel was so stylish and fresh! I loved the rooms, it was so spacious and airy. Great location: Two minute walk from the beach, five minutes from Bugibba Square. Great Staff: so friendly, Elizabeth even sent us a message with loads of recommendations for the area.

The water pressure was poor enough, but this isn’t a big thing. Couldn’t fault it.

Really friendly staff, nice pool, large rooms

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was big, and the breakfast/area bar was lovely. The pool area was very chilled.

As a woman solo traveller, the area was a little less desirable than I’d have liked, this isn’t the hotel’s fault though! It’d be nice to have music or a bar by the pool

would definitely come back with the whole family

breakfast was superb - ala carte and with a lot of varieties. Staff were all very helpful specially Elizabeth. bed and specially the pillows were great and comfortable.

nothing we didnt like - maybe it would be better if the pressure of the water flow specially in the shower is stronger but it is still good.

Very restful

Very close to the bus station to get you anywhere across the island. Supermarket on the next street. 2min walk to the sea.

There was nothing I didn't like. An apartment higher up would have given me a better view of the sea from the balcony but i wasn't unhappy.

Highly recommended

The staff was really kind and helpful. We also enjoyed a lot our room because it was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because it was two minutes away from a bus station (Bugibba Bay) and you had supermarkets and restaurants neat the hotel. We found the price even cheap if you take into consideration all the facilities that they offer.

Great Location and great Sunset in St. Paul´s Bay.

Real cosy apart Hotel. Staff are really friendly. A good location near the sea and to restaurants and everything else inSt. Pauls Bay. We would recommend it. The Top terrace and Pool are a nice touch, specially for a sunset view. Thanks!

Absolutely phenomenal, highly recommend

The location is perfect, close to shops, bars and restaurants. We were staying in the penthouse apartment with a beautiful terrace which has both a dining space and sun loungers that stays in the sun all day and also had direct access to the rooftop pool through our own little gate. Staff was always super welcoming and friendly and kindly offered us a late check out on the day we were leaving. Room was clean and wifi was fast (which was nice on the one day of rain that we got)

No complaints at all.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot, wonderful staff, rooftop pool is fantastic!

Incredible staff, loved chatting with them, beautiful large room and kitchen area. AC worked great, perfect balcony, and stunning pool though not many chairs.

The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. I think this may be the norm in Malta.

I liked the location friendly staff the room pool and sea view. Very Quiet at night

Nothing even had a bottle of water in the fridge and was greeted at 2.30 am due to flight delays. The only wish I had is I should have stayed longer. Next time I will. Thank you.

Great Stay

Coming 30 years first time staying there. Never staying anywhere else. Bringing about 8 to 10 people next yr who usually stay in San Antonio.also monica and petra i think her name were so nice and all staff. Man there at night so friendly.

Could have mini shampoo and conditioners in room. Only thing.
