Bra läge och trevligt bemötande. Mycket enkelt rum, utan något extra alls. Frukosten var väldig basic.

Läget var bra, trevlig personal. Välstädat rum vid ankomst.

Ostädat och gammalt i korridorerna. Smutsig bäddsoffa i ett mycket enkelt rum.

Good location and value for money but don’t except too much on cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the metro station, which make it easier to navigate around and Kungsholmen area is a nice area to discover as well. Their breakfast selection was quite good.

As much as sustainability is important so does customer experience. They don’t clean your room every day, which is absolutely okay but the moment that I checked in, shower was dirty, towels were smelly and there were hairs everywhere.

Great choice because of location. Great staff and great breakfast. Would return.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient. Nice walk along the river towards the centre. Metro near and plenty of buses.

We had booked a room without windows without realising. The staff changed this for us when we complained about the stuffiness and lack of ventilation. There was also some noise from the plumbing in the room.

Banging Pickle Breakfast in a beautiful city.

Really loved the Breakfast at this place, some of the best gherkins I've ever had, legitimately in my top five pickle experiences. And I love pickles. Usually Finland has the best pickles, but the sweet pickles they had at breakfast here genuinely made me rethink what I've been doing with my life. Also the location and price of the hotel was good.

My stomach capacity unable to process more gherkins.

Överlag bra men kommer nog inte att boka ett rum utan fönster nästa gång.

Bra frukostbuffé, centralt läge.

Skulle uppskatta en dörrmatta innanför dörren samt en badrumsmatta. Blöta/smutsiga ytterskor samt väldigt blött efter att man har duschat.

A great accommodation in Stockholm!!

The overall stay was great as it was the previous time I was there. The staff was friendly, breakfast was great, cleanliness really good and the atmosphere chill and cosy. Everything one could wish for an excellent stay at a decent price in Stockholm.

Nothing really. It just worked out well. Perhaps the room was a bit cold but the staff gave us and extra heater so... All's well that ends well

Tables de chevet un peu trop petites, rangements un peu justes, mais lit très confortable. On n’a cependant pas bien compris pourquoi il y avait 2 petites couettes pour un lit double au lieu d’une grande couette

Nagyon finom a reggeli

Nagyon, nagyon finom volt a reggeli. A foglalható szauna idő nagyszerű megoldás. Kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet és ott lehetett hagyni a bőröndöket a szálláson check-out után. Hangulatos a lounge kialakítása. Metró megállók vannak a közelben.

Nekünk kicsit hideg és pici volt a szoba. A falak nagyon vékonyak és minden ajtócsukódás és zaj áthallatszik. Egy vízforraló jól jött volna a szobában.

Prisvärt och trevligt boende

Ett bra placerat och prisvärt hotell. En trevlig lobbybar som gjord för umgänge. En jättebra frukost med bra utbud och ständigt påfyllt så det känns fräscht. Läget är bara lite utanför centrala Kungsholmen så det är nära men samtidigt lugnt.

Beautiful location. 😍

The stuffs were so kind and the hotel 🏨 was so clean. And the breakfast 😋 was so delicious 😋 😍. The hotel was in town and it was so easy for me to get the buses etc..

The room was not the same as I saw 😕 on Internet, it was too law..not that large or big 😕. The room was too small too, there was no desk and the Tv wasn't working at all.

A pleasant stay in a good location

The location was good as it was easy to reach most of the city by bus. The foyer area was lovely to sit around and read. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful,

The room offered did not meet our expectations. It was right next to a lift and had a double sofa bed made up that we hadn't asked for which left us no room to leave our cases open. We asked for a change of the room and the second room was smaller (with a single sofa bed made up), unclean bathroom and curtains that didn't close properly. The third room we took was better but was on the street level right next to the entrance plus had offices above us so was quite noisy from early morning. The room was also quite cold but fortunately the desk staff gave us a portable heater (which was the last one available) and an extra doona.

Our stay in the hotel was just great! The staff is helpful and friendly, the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient, not far from the metro station and city center. There were many options for different types of diet at breakfast.

A comfortable and pleasant hotel in upper Kungsholmen.

I liked the cleanliness and good organisation of the rooms, the general proximity to central Stockholm, the breakfast, the staff, and the generous seating area in the foyer. The staff were very good to allow me to stay in the foyer and use the hotel's internet connection while my room was being prepared. Access to shelves of books (in the foyer) and thirteen television channels allowed for some entertainment when needed.

I did not like the fact there were often voices in the streets below my room and the fact that the soap canister was rather stiff. I also did not like the complicated system for entering the hotel during the evening; it was cumbersome. The bed was comfortable but the bedsheets were rather small.

Nice hotel with good vlaue for money and great breakfast

Breakfast-buffet was good. We had a room with a window which was excellent (and obviously rare in Stockholm). Kungsholmen is a nice neighbourhood with nice restaurants around and nice waterfront walking paths/parks.

There was no way to control the air-conditioning in the room, which was rather cold. But the reception gave as a mobile heater we used in the night.
