If you need a good location but dont care for utilities this is the spot.

Location was excellent.

Shower drain was blocked, paper thin walls, TV didnt work, lamps didnt work and teenagers partying next room. We told receiption at 2AM for the noise and nothing was done.

A nice stay in perfect location.

Perfect location, near the park, pubs, restaurants, shops and monuments. Really friendly and helpful staff. Even though it's in the centre it's quite quiet at night.

Some rooms might need doing up, but still everything works.

Highly recommend this place. the Italian staff are wonderful!

The communication with the morning/afternoon staff was absolutely wonderful the breakfast was delicious as well. The women working there are really helpful and pleasant.

The late night male staff, who I don’t think was Italian was rude, and unfriendly. I would fire him. Otherwise, the Italian staff were great!

Amazing location, hostel like facilities

Location IS great.

Very basic, no air con, shower door held together with cable ties. housekeeping equipment kept in corridors and very noisy in the mornings.

I can recommend for 2/3 nights but not for longer stay.

Great location!

It was dirty, no one was cleaning the floor except in the bathroom. Really poor breakfast.

Well located at city centre urban hotel. 24h reception which is fine. Guy at the desk is friendly and makes his job properly

Bad maintained patio and interiors with very basic features at room and bathroom. Noisy AA fan. Breakfast limited to a coffee and a piece of bread.

Not a pleasant stay. The only good thing was the location.

We booked 3 rooms but one of rooms had no water. The ac wasn’t working either . One of the managers was quite rude.

Disappointing

Good location, next to the bus station. Good restaurants in the near.

Bathroom was ugly. Breakfast was dissapointing (3 kind of food) no vegetable, no fruit.

Good value central hotel

After reading the reviews I wondered what had changed since we stayed eight years ago. All I can say is all the changes are for the better, and for a very reasonably priced hotel, it offers great value for money. No, it’s not the Ritz but people should be realistic when a hotel costs this amount. Our room was very spacious, had a balcony, and the most amazing painted ceiling. The room and bathroom were clean, and the towels and bedding immaculate. The staff were great, spoke good English which helped us, explained about the shuttle bus to the airport which stops every twenty minutes outside the hotel - a major plus if you are travelling by public transport and heading home as we were. The breakfast offered a good selection in a pretty room.

It was noisy at night: we haven’t had a room in Sicily without some noise. Here it was primarily early cleaners in the road (not anything the hotel can be responsible for), and the air conditioning. As on all my reviews this trip, I’d say bring earplugs.

Not renovated old room, dirty shower, broken toilet push, broken portable air conditioner, some of the power sockets didn’t work, served cold coffe, smoking in hotel, photos dont show reality
