Trop cher pour la prestation

Le personnel est accueillant

La chambre est très poussiéreuse. La ventilation fait un bruit d'enfer. Le canapé-lit est très peu confortable. Le petit déjeuné c'est la cohue.

Bien !

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, l'hôtel est très propre et bien situé.

Un peu loin de la station de métro. Chambre petite pour 4 personnes. Peinture qui s'écaille dans la salle de bain. Impossible de modifier la température de la chambre (il y faisait beaucoup trop chaud)

Wouldn’t stay again

Location and parking

Very big queues for breakfast would’ve been there queueing for at least an hour so we give breakfast a miss they said they would refund us. We got one day refunded but we never got the rest of the refund.

Teppe på gulvene. Teppet var gammelt med flere flekker. Støyende frokostsal. Kaldt på badet. Ikke mulig å bruke hårføner på badet.

Mooie lokatie, vriendelijk personeel, matige kamer en service

De locatie is perfect; je kunt snel uitwijken naar de underground en bus. Het ontbijt was goed en er was voldoende beschikbaar voor onze gezinsleden met koemelkallergie.

De kamer was echt te klein met z’n vieren. Tevens moesten we dagelijks vragen om voldoende handdoeken, kopjes en glazen. Er waren er steeds maar twee. Dit was erg irritant. Het diner was matig; het vlees ver door gebakken, weinig groeten en weinig keuze voor kinderen. De sla was verlept.

Godt frokost tilbud, hyggelig hotell.

Godt og variert utvalg til frokost. Godt renhold. Hyggelig personale. God beliggenhet ved Kings Cross og knappe 200 meter til Exmouth Market som er en skjult perle. Mange resturanter og yrende liv på kvelden.

Det er en del kø til kaffemaskinene. Ikke wifi hvis du får et hjørne-rom, signalene rekker ikke rundt hjørnet og gjennom betongen.

Estuvimos muy agusto y cómodos. Si volviéramos a Londres repetiríamos en este hotel.

Genial todo! La habitación aceptable para cuatro, teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos poco tiempo pues llegábamos tarde. En cuanto al desayuno, fantástico, abundante y variado. El personal y la atención estupenda. Hotel céntrico para lo que es Londres

El baño bien aunque la mampara no cubre toda la ducha y se sale el agua. Éramos y nos ponían tres toallas. Pedimos una en recepción y nos la entregaron al momento en la habitación pero al día siguiente la limpiadora nos puso de nuevo tres.

Sadly below the standard would expect.

Easy check in. Put me and my colleague in rooms on the same floor. When we returned to the bar, and during breakfast friendly staff.

Bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain well. When we went to the bar there were no staff to serve - gave up waiting. Room temperature wasn’t great (too warm) and didn’t find the bed/pillows comfortable. Breakfast was very cramped.

Did what I needed it to do.

Room was ok, Staff were good and the location was needed.

When I decided to book it was £104 on the Booking.com site as there was a reduction mentioned. When I actually booked I was charged £148 and the reduction was not included and when I raised it, I was asked tp provide proof. I went back on to the site and the deal has vanished. I felt like a liar and I am really still quite angry about this.

Très bon séjour et très bon rapport qualité/prix.

L’accueil, la propreté, les équipements et la chambre dans son intégralité.

La paroi de douche est trop courte donc beaucoup d’eau en dehors de la douche et pommeau de douche usé, celui-ci mérite d’être changé.

Vi havde bestilt et værelse til 3 personer, hvor den ene er kørestolsbruger. Værelset var alt for småt og der var badekar, hvilket vi overhovedet ikke kunne bruge.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner et le monsieur qui nous accueille pour le petit déjeuner . Quoi qu’il en soit , il faudrait revoir l’organisation de ce dernier . Le ravitaillement n’est pas fait . Si tu arrives à 9h il manque la moitié des produits proposés . 4 machines à café mais seulement 2 qui marchent , en période de vacances où l’affluence est à son comble .

Nous trouvons pour un hôtel 4 étoiles que la politesse, ne serait ce que de dire bonjour le matin et bonsoir le soir de la part des réceptionnistes est le stricte minimum et il n’est pas fait . Quant à parler notre langue , bon ben on a bien compris que cela été trop demandé , ce n’est pas grave nous faisons l’effort . Mais la politesse et le sourire qui sont en option ça ne passe pas. Les chambres sont bien trop petites pour 4 personnes , et vraiment pas du tout confortables .

Les chambres sont trop petites pour 4 personnes et notre fentre donnait sur leurs drapeaux qui pendent coté rue. Il ya eu du vent lors de la nuit du coup impossible de dormir avec le bruit des drapeaux Station de métro à 15min à pied un peu loin quand on a des enfants

Overpriced for what it is - 3* hotel at best

staff was nice

family room was tired & very small, TV with only 5 UK channels (in 2023?!), room temperature uncomfortably hot (no way to turn down), room service dinner was extremely poor, on-suite bathroom was shabby (paint flaking off walls), only 2 coffee / hot drinks machines working at breakfast resulting in long queues.

Kamer was onaangenaam warm 24 uur per dag! Temperatuur is NIET te regelen en ook buiten de kamer alles boven de 25 graden. Echt absurd op de kamers en gangen. Geen goede nachtrust gehad 3 dagen lang.

Poor. Disappointing.

My daughter was booked in last minute as her train was cancelled. We paid £420 for a room at 9.30. When my daughter who is 17 eventually got to the hotel, she was told there was no room?? The room had been given to someone else?? This added such an additional stress onto what was already a really stressful time for my daughter.

Un séjour agréable

Le petit déjeuner est assez complet. Le bar et les horaires permettent de pouvoir bien profiter et de s'offrir un apéritif tardif. Le personnel est sympathique et très avenant. Super aussi pour les taxis et autres transports à proximité. Le restaurant en face est excellent.

La douche à l'italienne est super... malheureusement, l'agencement fait que l'eau éclabousse à l'extérieur. L'une de nos serviettes était sale (mal lavée, avec des traces marrons). Nous avons pu en demander une autre, sans souci.

Good location close to underground, clean rooms so easy to unwind when back at the hotel

Really clean and fresh, the staff were excellent and very helpful. They even set up a surprise welcome for my sister who’s birthday it was and left us a sweet treat which went down well with the family. Generally the hotel was clean and staff were very attentive

We had an issue with the ventilation in our room ( reported to reception) but luckily we had a joining room next door so kept that open to let in some cooler air
